Fantastic experience: After a long time doing my own exercise at the gym I needed a change and I asked Darran to show me some new effective exercises which were different to my own exercises regime at that time. Darren had the perfect excercises for me and my lifestyle. Before I started my sessions with Darren, I had back pain more than 4 times a year. Since I have changed my exercises to a full body and core training the pain is gone and I feel much stronger. Every session is exciting and fun. I will defenitely continue booking personal trainer sessions with Darran.
