Fantastic experience: From stepping in here for first time I found a new love for fitness and pushing myself to places I didn't think possible while having fun. Being surrounded by like minded people makes it even better. Being able to go in and have a laugh while smashing a workout is class. Look forward to my trip there everyday.

Fantastic experience: I had never previously tried CrossFit. My friend invited me down for a free try out session & I signed up that evening! I used to constantly clock watch during gym sessions but here I feel in the zone that much I don’t even think about looking at the clock! I wasn’t sure what to expect as I always find my self feeling intimidated but the whole team makes you feel welcomed & the coaches take their time to explain moves if you aren’t 100% sure! Such a great atmosphere & the amount of calories I can burn in a session is definitely an added bonus!! Would 1000% recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I had been recommended the gym by someone and had been put off crossfit before as other gyms I went to I felt like I was just there making up numbers in classes. First thing that struck me when I walked in was how clean and spacious it was! It shows how much the people care about it. The coaching has been amazing! I’m not the most confident lifting weights but every movement has been broken down and scaled to my ability. All the classes are very well structured and weekend workouts are always fun! My son also attends the little stars sessions and loves them. Could not recommend this place any more!!

This combined with excellent equipment, high quality coaching and a genuine passion for getting the best for each individual means that, no matter what your level, you will love the experience. Fantastic experience: I joined Crossfit RBR after one drop in session! I travel an hour each way for the priviledge of being coached by a range of top level coaches, as well as being lucky enough to use the best equipment. Not only have I found the best place to train, I've found a community of like minded individuals who have become good friends. I can guarantee you will not regret a visit to this gym.

Fantastic experience: Can not recommend RBR more highly. It is incredibly rare to find a training space that balances driving members to achieve their goals and having fun. I joined post lockdown in April and can’t believe how much I’ve improved and learned in such a short space whilst genuinely having a great time. The size of the space and standard of kit is brilliant, we are spoilt with what is on offer and the diversity of the programming. The fantastic atmosphere is a direct reflection of the the passion, commitment and heart the owners and their team have. If you want to learn, have fun as part of a community and never feel judged, this is the perfect place!

Fantastic experience: My favourite part of this place is it's warm and welcoming community, which makes coming to the gym something I really look forward to. The classes are fun, varied and suitable for any level as the coaches provide excellent instruction and scaled moves suitable for everyone.
