TF Fitness Centre & 24 Hour Gym

Fantastic experience: Fantastic space with everything a gym needs. The staff are knowledgeable and have fostered a really positive community spirit. Being able to go any time is a real benefit. The jiu jitsu and functional classes are exceptional.

Fantastic experience: The gym equipment is all clean and organised, its quality equipment aswell, best gym session ive had in a long while, and the owner was super chill, one of the nices gym owners ive met, me and my friend didnt realise we had to book in a session, we walked in he greeted us very respectfully and explained everything, would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Up on holiday for xmas and needed abit more than what the leisure centre had to offer and i can't complain what TF have to offer. Friendly owners and friendly members along with great facilities. Still more to come from these guys as they're none stop working and improving what is already a great gym. If ya not a member then get involved as soon as.

Fantastic experience: Quality place, proper gym. Only visited for a week so not done any classes or anything, just lifted some iron and put it back down again. Got everything you could possibly need. Well friendly bunch.

Fantastic experience: Attended an open gym session with my partner and son (who is a member at the gym). All staff members were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout. The equipment is top class and well maintained, the gym is spacious and we'll laid out. Staff members took the time to show us about the gym and explained the various classes they run and plans for future expansion. We had a brilliant workout and couldn't fault anything. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I signed up for a weeks membership while on holiday. Very welcoming gym and immediately was made to feel like we were at our home gym. Used both the gym and attended a couple classes led by Gav (legend) even joined in the weekly coffee after class on a Saturday. Feel very jelous that this place isn’t closer to home. This place is special and wouldn encourage anyone visiting Berwick to pop in. Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: We were in Berwick for 2 weeks but these guys have temp membership options covering this (and 1 week) which is very welcome. This is a lovely gym run by the nicest people ever. We loved it, Thiago even did some football coaching for our son which was brilliant. Wish this was our local gym and next time in area we will return

Fantastic experience: I'm up on my usual visit to Berwick. Never knew this place existed, staying opposite so not to miss a few gym sessions I've joined for a week. A brilliant gym, the young lady who sorted my membership was first class. Great equipment and really clean. I'll definitely keep coming now when I visit. Love the fact I could join for a week!

Positive experience: 24/7 access, great range of equipment, friendly and helpful staff (during the day). You can play your own music through the stereo system if you want to and there's also dedicated spaces for Thai Boxing/Boxing and BJJ classes. It can sometimes seem a bit cold when you first arrive but as soon as you start working out it's absolutely fine.
