Fantastic experience: Been training here a few months now, great gym, plenty of classes throughout the day which helps massively fitting round work etc. Never thought I would enjoy MMA as much as I do until I started training here, Dan and his team of coaches are top quality and promote a great training environment, would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: My son has been attending now for nearly a year & he’s progressed so much in just 9 months he’s reached his orange belt. His confidence has grown and he absolutely loves classes. The staff are amazing with all the children and they go above and beyond to make them feel welcome and support their learning. They have a good class structure but also make the learning fun and age appropriate for all the children. Highly recommend anyone looking for their child or their selves to get in touch with Intensity! Dan & his team are amazing at what they do.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined Intensity MMA as a family of four. Dan is so welcoming and accommodating. The club offers a great variety of classes for all levels. A real friendly, family like environment. Hygiene is top level. Couldn't want for a better club to train at. Can't wait to see what the future holds for our journey here

I was a little skeptical at first given I had a thorough review of all the local places but could not be more grateful I found this gem of a place. Fantastic experience: Joined In February 2023 with no mma/fighting background, found it welcoming from the start of my experience with intensity and everyone has been respectful and motivational in improving one another. Coach Dan is consistent and his eye to the needle detail in his training rewards us with progress and good morale/atmosphere in the gym. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: If you are a parent and want your kid to gain confidence and some martial art skills this is the place for your kid! Great coaches looking after the kids teaching them fighting technics and encouraging them to push for more. Great family atmosphere and very clean and looked after place.

Fantastic experience: Intensity is a friendly, welcoming gym with very good facilities. Dan and the other coaches are spot on and show everyone equal attention whether you’re a complete novice or a pro fighter. With a variety of classes it covers all the areas to be a complete MMA fighter, while also offering HIIT circuit and other fitness classes too.

Fantastic experience: I came to the gym to continue marshal arts after having a long break, Dan made me feel welcome right away and I was quickly comfortable and made me feel part of the gym straight away, I highly recommend anyone who is interested in learning MMA or just wants to get fit to come and give it a try! People are always scared especially if they have not done anything or have no experience. Well there’s nothing to fear in this gym! Hardest part is walking in, everything after is a piece of cake!
