Fantastic experience: Our sessions with Sarah have been absolutely brilliant. Myself and my partner both have different needs & goals, and Sarah created PT sessions that fit perfectly for both of us. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to learn how to position my body for functional movements such as barbell squats, core work and chest press so that I felt confident walking into a gym after the set of 5 1to1s. Sarah listened and observed movements and then set exercises. She has an friendly and understated manner, gentle and knowledgable. I felt comfortable working with her in what can be an intimidating environment. Recommend.
Fantastic experience: I was nervous about training with a PT but Sarah is so lovely and really has helped to build my confidence in the gym, and with my fitness plans and goals. I enjoy my training sessions and feel very comfortable in an environment that used to terrify me. SJPT goes beyond with the support Sarah gives and offers full support during and between sessions including encouraging messages, recipe advice and well being tips. My PT is now my friend, as is the gym! Can't recommend this lovely lady enough!!
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Sarah for nearly 3 years, with no gym experience but wanted to get fitter & tone up. Fantastic experience: This time last year I was suffering from agonising sciatica and at my lowest, unable to do much of the activity I love that keeps me mentally and physically fit. Coming out of 2 months of pain, I wasn’t sure what my body was capable of so I asked Sarah if she could work with me, within the range of what my body could do at that time to build back my fitness. Fast forward 12 months and last week, aged 55, I completed my first ultra run, taking part in the Pennine 39 across wild and remote landscapes including the highest point in the Pennines! Having signed up for the challenge with my friend Rachael we knew that building our strength was a hugely important part of training. Sarah is the most brilliant PT who knows exactly what’s required to gently encourage, motivate and challenge you to meet your goals. Her professional approach and support is second-to-none on top of which, she’s just an all-round lovely person! I feel fitter and stronger, more confident and happier in myself than I have for a long time. Thank you Sarah x
