((BOUNCE)) ARCHWAY- mini trampoline fitness class, child friendly

Fantastic experience: I love the atmosphere and friendliness of this bounce class. Rosy is great at making you feel welcome and keeping you motivated during the class. It’s also such a welcoming and encouraging group. Definitely recommend this bounce instructor.

Fantastic experience: Having attended only a handful of times, I can wholeheartedly say that Rosy is an incredible, energetic, motivating and supportive instructor. Makes the environment fun and keeps the mood and energy high. Will be going back very soon!

Fantastic experience: Teachers are super nice and always lot of fun. I love that they created a safe environment where everybody feels challenged but at the same time has alternatives if they can't do one excercise. Unfortunately I couldn't go regularly but I always felt part of the family anyway!

Fantastic experience: This is more than an amazing fitness class, it’s also a super inclusive community, led by our talented instructor Rosy. I cannot recommend joining us more wholeheartedly - you will sweat, smile, and leave feeling full of energy and endorphins! Bounce is the workout I never knew I needed, but once I started it’s a total love affair and one of my favourite things to do.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to about 3 classes and they are a lot of fun. I was a little scared of the trampolines but am getting more and more comfortable with them. Everyone is friendly and welcoming which is so refreshing. Classes book up fast for a reason :) Update: I’ve now been regularly going to Bounce for over a year and LOVE it. It’s friendly, non competitive and a lot of fun.. rosy has built a community! Come join in!

Fantastic experience: ((BOUNCE ARCHWAY)) is where I take my inner child to play at least once a week! Rosy and Kate (on Saturdays) are great instructors! What I love the most about it is the great atmosphere in the class. There is lots of laughter during the class! I am absolutely hooked!

Fantastic experience: Really great fun- my first 2 sessions have been full of laughter, disco lights and banging tunes. Picture a giraffe on a trampoline and you’ll have an idea of my level of coordination- but the support from instructor Rosy and other attendees got me through and made me want more. HIGHLY recommended for all levels.

Fantastic experience: I went to ((BOUNCE)) Archway when Rosy opened her doors in September. Rosy is a fantastic instructor and full of energy. She is very welcoming and makes you feel really comfortable. I absolutely loved the class so booked up a class pass!! Thursdays are child friendly which is great as you can still get your workout and the kids can ((BOUNCE)) next to you!!

Fantastic experience: Fun, Friendly, Fabulous, Fierce, Addictive and Sweaty...if you haven't tried it BOOK NOW!! It's an all over workout to great tracks and with Rosy who is a fantastic instructor. She is always so encouraging and makes the classes fun. Sessions are inclusive of all shapes, sizes and ages and it feels like you are part of a community.

Fantastic experience: Finished my third session today and I'm so pleased that I booked these classes. I joined alone and was super nervous but Rosy and the others that attend are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The sessions are super fun and the hour is gone before you know it. Looking forward to attending more sessions throughout June :)

Fantastic experience: AMAZING! been coming to Rosy's class since September and haven't stopped! Rosy is an amazing instructor hence why her classes get booked very fast (not surprised!). Very sweaty but so much fun, look forward to going every week!
