Fantastic experience: Override has changed my life when it comes to spin, bringing a love into my life that I never expected - and that's coming from someone who has done every spin class under the sun over the past 15+ years and always enjoyed it but never this much. Not only are Override classes fun and a great work out but you also feel cared for and part of a supportive group the moment you step through those doors. That comes down to the community that Natalie has built and a big shout out goes to her, Margie and Isabella, all of whom I love to spin with. Override feels like home and I'm thrilled to have discovered it.

Fantastic experience: I decided to finally get myself fitter and a friend persuaded to try spinning. Override was local and, as an overweight 50 yr old bloke, thought I would give it a go albeit with a bit of trepidation. It was an excellent decision - I have really enjoyed the instructors, classes, facilities and constant support. I would recommend it 100%

Fantastic experience: 5 stars aren't enough! This is such a lovely place. All the instructors are professional, enthusiastic and kind. You can be any level, and go at your own pace, and get a good workout. I hadn't done any exercise for many years but I find it so easy to go here - and there's a good mix of people who go. No two sessions are the same, you can't get bored. You can tell that Nathalie and colleagues put a lot of work into planning the sessions. Every time I leave Override I feel so MUCH better than when I walked in - thank you, Nathalie & all the other wonderful instructors at Override.

Fantastic experience: An absolute gem of a fitness studio in North Finchley. Lovely instructors who always warmly welcome everyone and will help you out in any way you need, whether you’re a newbie or a regular. Amazing music, lights and atmosphere - guaranteed to get you fired up during the class. Have taken classes with Natalie and Margie who are both incredible, they know just how to push you past your mind’s limit and tap into your body’s potential. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Best exercise classes ever! I’m always reluctant to go to any exercise class in case I can’t keep up or I’m not fit enough, they can just be really intimidating. But classes are Override are the opposite of that. I have only ever felt welcomed at the classes and felt completely accommodated. I could go to a class feeling low and then I leave and my mood has completely change - I feel elated. The classes are fun, welcoming and accessible, and ever instructor is so friendly and helpful. You can go to a class at any level, even if you have never done it before. You can take it at your own speed depending on your ability, and you’ll never feel pushed out your comfort zone. I recommend Override to everyone and I’ve now tried a lot of other studios and they just don’t compare. If you’re looking to start spinning or are just looking for a new studio give Override a go!

We’ve previously only done central London studios and couldn’t see how anything could compare but we were so wrong. Fantastic experience: This is the most friendly place I have ever exercised at! Natalie is so energetic and inspiring you can’t help get carried away with it all. All the instructors I’ve ridden with have been like this. I’m now a regular on Sunday mornings and haven’t stuck at anything this long since pre kids, 10 years ago. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Natalie is an incredible spin teacher, she pushes you and yet is caring and makes sure you are feeling well before/during/after her classes. The studio is new, clean and well equipped with fresh towels, earbuds, weights, water machine, bathroom, changing room and obviously spinning bikes. The room has lights that change colour and massive speakers making the rides fun, just like if you were in a club. I’m bummed that I won’t be in the uk to continue with her. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant classes and instructors. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! The timetable is really diverse, so I can always find a good time to go. I always get an amazing workout and feel like I’ve been out clubbing as the music is excellent! 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: Fab place! Studio is nicely decorated , modern equipment and spotless clean! Natalie is lovely person, she puts whole heart and passion in what she does. From the first visit she made us feel welcome and looked after. She treats everyone individually, always makes sure that level of workout is comfortable, not only at first time but on each classes. We tried also classes with another tutors and they were all great, very friendly and passionate. So happy we found such hidden gem in Finchley!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic spin classes, proper workout!! I have a Pelaton at home, and do classes 4-5 times a week, but the classes at Override are way more of a workout! Great tunes, great athmosphere - totally recommend giving it a "spin"

Natalie Jackson and her instructors are extremely knowledgeable. encouraging and always make us feel so welcome. You will come out of a class feeling incredible and immediately sign up for more! I would highly recommend Override.

Fantastic experience: Natalie herself is an amazing instructor and has assembled a team of equally brilliant spin teachers who all bring something different. I leave every class feeling like I've had a brilliant workout and have had fun at the same time. The bikes are great and much better than anything else I've used locally - these are more like the bikes you would find in a gym in town. I especially love the beats rides and the power rides where you ride to colour. There are also lots of classes at different times which really suits my schedule as I'm currently working from home and can even fit in a class after dropping the kids at school
