We are a fun, friendly gym based in central Lincoln. We specialise in small group based personal training, and offer 1-2-1 and classes alongside it.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Coaches and Quality equipment, Grid helped me recover strength back in my knee quickly after damaging my meniscus, they also helped me work on my physique and to smash my goals for training! An amazing level of support outside of the gym. 10/10 definitely one of the best gyms in the country!
