Fantastic experience: Absolutely first class training from Jake. My son (Fin) started about four years ago and absolutely loves his weekly sessions, Jake manages to make it fun but also focuses on his development, the way he engages with Fin is brilliant - could not recommend highly enough !

Jake has improved us both physically and has given a huge boost to my daughters wellbeing and mental resilience. Whatever level of training you are looking for, this is the perfect place to find it.

Fantastic experience: The fitness industry could learn a lot from Jake and the Team at OneGym - a superb range of equipment is one thing but having the right trainers and coaches is really where the difference lies. Luckily OneGym has both - both my son and I attend boxing sessions with Jake - he is incredibly patient, persistent and professional! Especially helpful seeing as I have something akin to boxing dyslexia - I have gone from being able to muster a reasonable one-two to now throwing full combinations with a massively noticeable shift in cardio performance. It doesn't stop there - the gym is extremely well kitted out to cater for one to one sessions with Jake and his team constantly mixing things up - I've hit new PBs on chest and legs as a result - and we're not to talking just a few KG! I would highly recommend OneGym if you are looking for results!
