Fantastic experience: Had the opportunity to drop in for a 9:30am class and experience the Community at CFG. Andrew, the head coach, welcomed me with open arms. Vicki, the Coach of the class gave clear instructions and pushed us during the workout. I wish I was staying longer so I could continue to join!!

Fantastic experience: Great place with a nice family feel. Made to feel very welcome on my first visit. Which was a free trial! Really recommend this place if you don’t know what your doing at a gym or don’t like going to the gym. Each exercise has levels so it’s not too hard to begin with. The goal is to keep strengthening to be able to do the full exercise! Can’t wait to get started in my membership!!
