Fantastic experience: I'm currently coming to the end of my 6 week Kickstarter and I'm delighted with the changes I've experienced on so many levels. My fitness and strength are really improving and I'm losing inches and weight, which I've previously found difficult to shift. Mike's invaluable one to one coaching call has helped me to establish really sustainable habits that are making a huge difference to my health and fitness. I've enjoyed the Kickstarter so much, I've decided to sign up on an ongoing basis. The camaraderie at the 6am sessions is just brilliant and the early timing means that nothing gets in the way, even on busy days. I just have to get up, get my kit on and Mike and his team takes care of the rest. Mike is a great motivator and I work much harder at these sessions than I would on my own. The sessions are always varied and challenging and I feel great afterwards. It's such a good feeling knowing that by 6:45am, I'm done and can go into my day with energy and motivation. I actually sought Mike out after previously working with him to help me improve my running technique for a 10k a few years ago. Mike's advice and 10k training plan helped me to achieve a personal best with much improved technique.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has never really been a gym goer, joining MPRS has transformed my enjoyment of exercise and got me fitter than I've ever been. The sessions are varied, fun and challenging, with a welcoming and supportive ethos from everyone in the group. Mike is always on hand to give advice, adaptions or push you to work that bit harder than you thought you could. The 121 coaching calls have been great in helping me focus my efforts and make sustainable changes to my fitness and lifestyle. I love the sessions, really miss it when I can't get along, and am constantly surprised by how much I can achieve now. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: It's hard to decide what Ive enjoyed the most about Morning Warriors. Its always fun, supportive and a really rewarding start to the day. Mike is brilliant at motivating you to keep going and achieve more than you thought possible! It always sets me up for whatever the day brings and I love the sense of achievement it has brought. Fantastic experience: A lack of exercise and bad habits meant I needed help to make changes and lose weight. MPRS provide tailored support whatever your ability and individual health and fitness goals. The sessions are varied, fun and full of energy and I always feel great afterwards. Fantastic experience: Going to MPRS was a life changing experience for the better, at the start of my journey I struggled to run around the block but ended up running the Great North Run twice, Brass monkey, York 10 mile, Hull & York 10k, not only does Mike take time & patience to bring you on at the right level, it realy is at your own pace with no pressure.I met some fantastic new friends which went hand in hand with a very friendly social side, I would highly recommend MPRS

Fantastic experience: From day one I felt very welcomed to the mprs family.i came from a history of very unhealthy living. I felt certain aspects of fitness would be unattainable to me... I was very wrong.. I lost alot of weight, which mprs played a substantial part in. The tailored sessions provide me with copious amounts of knowledge geared towards running. My first park run 5k time was about 28 mins. My fastest recorded parkrun is now 18 mins 50 seconds. I also manged to do dalby dash 10k in about 43 mins. This transformation is due to the principles I learned from Mike. The sessions were very inclusive and the team work and laughs provided me with beautiful connection. I'm very grateful for the ethos of mprs. I highly recommend it to help kickstart your journey back to health

Fantastic experience: It’s such a friendly environment without any machines . It’s a magic how much I am addicted to the type of exercise Mike has designed . The morning warrior gives me energy , motivation and discipline I need for the entire day . I love the coaching style and above all the result in my body . I was able to reverse my DM2 and able to put on the dresses I like in my desire size . Coaching calls and diets tips helped me to achieve my goals periodically . Fantastic experience: I first discovered Mike through a yoga and running workshop at hotpod. I reached out to him for a 10k PB running plan. I managed to knock around 2 minutes off my 10k time with him, going from 49 minutes to 47. I then decided to ask him to do me a running plan, for the Manchester marathon. Aiming for sub 4, I managed to run 3:55, 30 minutes quicker than my previous running time. Mike designs plans that fit around your lifestyle, I managed both these PBs with 2 runs a week. Allowing me to fit running around my life and also other exercise I enjoy doing such as yoga and swimming. I would 100% recommend Mike to anyone looking for a run coach and would definitely use him again for any other races.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Mike for help when everything else failed and I had no motivation to take care of my fitness and health on regular basis. I am not a gym or a fitness class person, but Mike makes it fun, he creates supportive environment and makes you work hard so you feel like you have conquered the world after each session. Mike is very encouraging, supportive and is really good at helping you to refocus on your goals. Since I joined, my strength, fitness and running technique improved. I even started thinking about running 10k at some point!

Fantastic experience: I joined for a six week challenge, having dropped out of an exercise routine a long time ago. The class time options are great to fit with a working week and the input from Mike invaluable - especially in understanding your goals before you begin. To top it off there is a really lovely welcoming group of people at MPRS. Definitely recommend if you’re ready to make a change in your fitness.

Fantastic experience: Mike is supportive and knowledgeable, with a nice balance at classes, of hard work and enjoyment. After 6 months of not dieting, I’d lost 10 kg. I’ve been running since the 1990’s recreationally, so it’s pretty remarkable that in the last few months I have my quickest times at 5k, 10k and my first sub 4 hour marathon.

Fantastic experience: I decided to try MPRS as every other attempt to try and get fit failed miserably. I found the gym hard to motivate myself for, plus it felt like every person for themselves in there. At MPRS, you train with other people who are not just friendly, but push you along and will you to do as well as you can. There's no trying to be the best, everyone is just there to meet their goals, be it to lose weight or get fitter. Mike helps each individual to reach their goals and is always on hand to offer advice as and when you need it. The sessions are tough but good fun. They are designed in such a way that you are working hard, but enjoying the sessions and the results are soon noticed. I have to say, this is the only place I have found that has kept my interest. A variety of different training exercises, friendly people, a knowledgable coach not to mention the social nights out. If you're wanting to lose weight/get fit in a nice environment, with no pressure where no-one cares what your body looks like, then sign up to MPRS. It really does work!

Fantastic experience: I spotted Mike's ad on FB and haven't looked back. As someone who has always struggled to find time to exercise, and hates the gym, it has been brilliant for me. Fantastic experience: MPRS is the only fitness class that I’ve consistently kept at for over a year now. Group moral is fantastic and the sessions really do improve fitness and keep you motivated towards your goals. Also the sessions are geared towards supporting running whether you are doing a Couch to 5k or training for a marathon you will definitely be totally supported by Mike , see improvement, and be less prone to injury in your runs. Full Marks from me..

Fantastic experience: Mike is very motivational, positive and encouraging. He creates a supportive group environment which keeps your motivation high and helps you maintain focus on your goal. The sessions themselves are brilliant and have improved my fitness and strength as well as helped me lose weight. The personal daily goals he sets for you, plus the 1:1 support lets you know that he really cares about helping you achieve your goals. The biggest thing for me was helping me break some very bad eating habits and helping me to eat healthier. If you are a runner, Mike can help you to improve your running time and technique. There’s no fads or quick fixes, just excellent support while you change whatever it is you want to change. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant group. It’s a life changer. Absolutely love the sessions. Really helping to progress my running technique, distance and pace safely. Long term back pain is virtually zero now . My weight has returned to a healthy BMI. My body feels stronger and fitter than it has in many years and it’s with the professional and motivating instruction and guidance of Mike Phan . Awesome. I’m in it for the long term now. Never want to give it up.

Fantastic experience: Not one to miss. Mike is very knowledgeable and motivational. He ensures you have the right technique and keeps you working. The sessions are varied which keeps them interesting and makes you want to go back. I have definately seen an improvement in my fitness since starting. There is a free trial to allow the chance to try it out. You need to try this, it's not like other fitness groups. There are laughs and motivation from the other members. High fives all round!

Fantastic experience: I've only recently joined MPRS and have started the runfit programme. I've really enjoyed the sessions so far. I have noticed an improvement in my running already after only a few weeks, (Got a 10k pb today :-)). The support from the rest of the team is brilliant and Mike is very supportive and encouraging. So much better than any gym. He also makes lovely pancakes! :-)

Fantastic experience: Just recently signed up to Mike’s programme.I didn’t know what to expect initially as I’ve always either gone to the gym or just run by myself so becoming part of a dedicated group was a new concept to me. However I have found everything from the sessions, which push you hard but in a safe and encouraging way, to the support from other members outside of sessions a real differntiator in my outlook, motivation and results. In just over a month I have got back some fitness I had started to think might’ve gone for good! I didn’t know where to start when I made the decision to start training again but Mike takes you under his wing and manages to flex style depending on a particular persons stage of fitness journey; meaning the need for ‘beginners, intermediate etc’ gym classes are a thing of the last. Everyone works at their own pace / but more importantly together to get the results we want and to meet our own individual goals.

Fantastic experience: Training with Mike is awesome. It’s the only exercise I’ve done in my 30s which has got serious results and which I can honestly say I really enjoy! The sessions are not easy by any means but you are training with others and Mike keeps you so motivated- you will do way more and achieve way more than you could on your own. And there’s heaps of support from other group members too so you really feel like you’re part of something.

Fantastic experience: I joined the Running Fit Programme with Mike last November and am so glad I did! I have really improved my fitness and Mike is really supportive to help you reach your goals and varies the sessions so you get a really good all round workout. He has taught me a lot about running techniques and as a result I am able to run further and more efficiently. At each session Mike pushes you that little bit further so you come away feeling motivated to do more! The group itself is great to be part of - everyone is really supportive of each other and there is also the bonus of regular socials outside of the training sessions! Thank you Mike!

Fantastic experience: Mike is the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainer I have ever had the pleasure to train with. His training is always the right level - pushing you far enough to achieve your goals and he encourages you every step of the way, and he is very hands on, especially on the nutrition front which is something I have not yet experienced with any other trainer!!
