Fantastic experience: Training is something i've always done since my mid 20's and thought i was in reasonable shape but working with Brian was the missing piece of the jigsaw, Brian created a meal plan and a workout programme for me to follow which allowed me to achieve the body i've always wanted and just feel all round better with sleep, digestion, energy, etc. The meals are really nice and i thoroughly enjoyed learning new workout exercises. Brian will listen and respond to any issues you have and change your meals if required. It has been a journey i have thoroughly enjoyed and something i now have for life. Fantastic experience: Today was my first session following the Bvfitnesss bespoke training programme, and I would like to say what a struggle it was initially thinking how will i manage doing the training exercises etc! Brian has tailored my bespoke fitness training plan, including a regimented diet plan, taking into consideration the joint ailment I have, using a very person centred approach!! It was incorporated in my training that I warm up doing 'the world's greatest stretch' if you know, you know!! My ailments are now non-existent after one session! Get in touch with brian! Positive experience: Brian is brilliant. Anytime I need him he is there to give me advice and you can tell that he is passionate about helping others and he really cares about my health and fitness. Doing the online training has helped me lose 10kg in 2 months mainly just following his nutritional plan. The food he selected for me is good and when I got bored of something he simply changed it to something else I enjoy. I have recommended him to friends and family because he is great. I have Sciatica so it has been hard for me these last 6 months to get motivated with exercise and when I do I am in pain. Brian has been pushing me to get motivated and also signposting a good Physio for me, moreover he has done a good workout plan that I can still do without triggering my sciatica.

Fantastic experience: Online training for me as a busy working mum has been great as I can pick my training days to suit me, also I have everything I need to get going from my personal plan, anything I'm unsure of i can ask Brian and also use the videos that have been shared. I like how the plan has been tailored for me, and I have been able to make some changes to things that don't suit me. I've noticed a difference within myself and not just physical difference, i also like the support i get, and also the odd text throughout the week on how I'm getting on, and knowing i can message when ever I need. I have been honest on what I like and don't like, and that has been taken into account. My plan suits me as I am doing things I enjoy and not what's made for me to do, and that's why it works for me as I enjoy doing it, the food is also enjoyable to me.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Brian of BV Fitness since December. I was in a real rut both physically and mentally when I first contacted Brian. I write this review today from a totally different space. Physically I'm leaner and stronger. Brian drew up a nutrition plan that I could manage (I'm very time poor) and helped me to make small changes that 3 months later have turned into positive changes on the measuring tape and scales. Fantastic experience: I have just completed my first week of a nutrition plan set out by Brian. My goal has been to try and build size and strength and have struggled for some time given my metabolism and diet before now. After one week of sticking to the meal plan, I’ve already noticed a difference both in the gym and on the scales. Fantastic experience: I am so glad to have started my fitness journey with BV Fitness. I am 48 and I haven’t worked out in 10 years and I’ve been feeling utterly miserable about the way I look. It has affected my confidence and my mental health in general. Many times I have thought about doing something about it but the fear and the doubt crept in and it became a vicious cycle. Then I found Brian! A more supportive coach I couldn’t hope to find. He is obviously super fit and healthy but there is no judgment from him when he looks at me as the pink sweating heap in front of him! He just encourages me and I know he wants me to do the very best I can. The dialogue over how I’m feeling with an exercise, and the way he immediately tailors the exercises to my ability as a result, again shows how much he wants me to feel good about myself whilst reaching my goals. Brian adapts your nutrition to ensure you are able to stay on your plan and enjoy what you’re eating. Weekly check ins and encouragement which really has helped me keep on track. Fantastic experience: I’m not a “gym” person, I’m a stubborn difficult customer. This type of exercising is all new to me. Brian answering all of my questions and demonstrating all of the moves for me. He is patience, supportive, professional and also a good communicator. On first meeting Brian, straight away I got the sense he was listening, he acknowledged what I told him and was able to reassure me. Fantastic experience: Brian isn't just a personal trainer, he's an educator. I have learned so much about mobility, diet, breathing and technique to maximise my performance and results - helping me push past my own physical and mental limits. Brian spends the time to provide you with a bespoke programme individual to you in order to get the results you want. He is an expert at the top of his game, very supportive and completely non-judgemental, placing you at ease very quickly, especially if exercise is a new endeavour. His portfolio of work includes numerous incredibly impressive body and mindset transformations in his male and female clients. Highly, highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: ~ Brian has been my PT for a couple of months now. I’m in my 60s and have heart disease, 2 prior minor NSTEMIs and multiple PTCAs with multiple stenting. I know my condition. I informed Brian and made him aware that if at any time I felt uncomfortable I will inform him and we would stop. During our periods of training, Brian has been nothing short of professional and conservative in his approach. Our training sessions are recorded so progress is measured. Technique in the movement of weights and tension in the correct muscles are primary to fitness and strength and Brian has the necessary knowledge to ensure positive outcomes. As a younger man, during weight training, I recognise now I was rather haphazard and time wasting. That is not the case now under Brian’s tutelage. My gains would be far more pronounced were I able to adhere to Brian’s advice on nutrition - the fact that this middle aged man indulges just a little too much on carbs is my own lack of discipline - but still results are gained. In short - I have no hesitation recommending Brian of BV Fitness if your goal is to become fitter/stronger/lose weight or any combination of the aforementioned. If you have health issues, know thoroughly your limits, work with Brian, and he will bring you results. Be patient, work hard, work within your limits and attain your goals.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Brian (PT) approximately 4 years ago. More recently I have been training with Brian 4 months ago. I have tried and tested PT's before and he is the best. Not only does he cover my physical training with a range of core and cardio workouts, but he will change and adapt to get the best of out me and push me, particularly where I know if I was training on my own i would stop. He focusing on changing your mindset and equips you with the skills and the drive to do that. It is particularly important because I apply those same skills in other aspects, so it is also about the positive mindset and determination. My decision to work with Brian was one of the best decisions I made because he focuses on my aspects including nutrition. Even when we are not training he keeps in contact to ensure my nutrition is what it should be and additional exercise. He isn't the type of PT who does the bare minimum. He will push you and takes pride in what he delivers. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Brain is an excellent trainer and nutritionist. My exercise and diet routine was always very old school thinking that faddy diets and non stop cardio was the answer. Brian helped me to understand the benefit of training in the right way and importantly the benefits of clean / healthy eating. Hard work but well worth it and would recommend Brian to anyone thinking of getting fitter...the right way.
