Fantastic experience: Sprained my ankle just over three weeks ago and Marc has made sure i went through the right protocol. Marc's been working on my ankle and all affected areas on a regular basis and getting me back mobile again, first class service and great knowledge. Marc is polite and understanding and I'm on the way to being back to normal!

Fantastic experience: I came to Marc after experiencing some knee issues in the run up to a marathon. He went above and beyond to help and put my worries at ease. He identified the problem, went through some strengthening and mobility exercises with me and applied k tape. I was very pleased to be able to cross the finish line with confidence. I will now be going to Marc for regular sports massages!

Fantastic experience: I came to Marc after injuring my back whilst attempting a new squat PR. He quickly identified that I wasn't engaging my core enough which was causing my squat to look like a 'good morning' lift. He provided a detailed plan and recommended several stretches and exercises to not only fix the pain in my back, but to ensure that it wouldn't happen again (my squat has never been better!!) Cannot recommend Marc enough!!

Fantastic experience: Marc is very knowledgeable at what he does and is always prepared to go the extra mile for his clients. I’ve been Marc several times for both PT sessions and also sports massage. Although he is only little it really is surprising what he can do!

Fantastic experience: Marc is an excellent therapist and I've been going to him for about 12 months. With treatment rooms at the gym where I train, he has a clear understanding of my training program and is able to offer additional pre hab work as well as sports massage. Regular sports massage with Marc has enabled me to keep training, reduce DOMS and eliminate tightness. Marc is punctual, polite and a really effective communicator.
