Fantastic experience: Ultimate Academy for Muay Thai with Sean and Jules for the lad .. Then cardio A couple of times a week for us both.. How have I been talked into this... Thanks J for all your help.. A few months in now and still pounding away...

Owners are friendly and willing to help you out with anything. Will be paying a return visit next time I'm in the area, can be tight for parking depending on time of day. Would recommend

Fantastic experience: Amazing old school gym! Parked up close by in the truck. Owner was more then helpful. Very approachable guy. 100% recommend if you want a decent workout, there's so much equipment. Will definitely be training here again next time I'm in the area.

All the staff are friend and polite. With a very vast variety of equipment to be used to suite all your needs. Highly recommend.
