At Iron Wolf Gym, we are a member’s focused gym with a great community spirit, open for people of all abilities who wish to better themselves. Our gym offers 5 fixed power racks, a vast range of plate loaded equipment (including belt squat, pendulum squat, iso-lateral pulldown, Viking press, seated row, etc.), cardiovascular equipment (including treadmill, upright bike, recumbent bike, cross trainer, rower, stepper, etc.), 2 full sets of dumbbells (hex and round ranging from 2.5kg to 40kg), a selection of specialty barbells, kettlebells (ranging from 4kg to 28kg), a range of strongman equipment, and a fully equipped powerlifting suite (including IPF approved competition bench, competition racks and calibrated plates).
