Fantastic experience: First class trainer who create a culture of hard work, maximum effort and achievable goals furthermore I never thought i would actually ENJOY working out but Mike makes it super fun and monthly challenges that makes you want to push your limits. Mike is always on hand whether it’s nutrition or training and always supportive. he kept me on track and motivated throughout the training sessions. I am happy with my results and feel so much better physically and mentally. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get serious about their training.

Fantastic experience: I worked out with Mike for 5 months and loved it. He was really motivating and pushed me hard, while also being sympathetic to what level I was at, adapting his plans to suit me and my body. Fantastic experience: Mike is an experienced PT, very friendly and patient. During the session, he will correct your form and share knowledge to let you avoid getting injured. Also, encourage and spot you properly. I am glad I chose Mike to be my PT and it was worth every penny.
