Fantastic experience: Completed a couple of drop in sessions while in Bude for the week and Jeremy was fantastic! Very accommodating, knowledgable and leads his classes in an interactive way adapting to each individual participating. Will definitely be booking in for a class next time I'm in Bude. Fantastic experience: Did a week drop-in while I was on holiday - Jeremy is extremely welcoming, friendly, and a great coach; patient, supportive, and gave tailored advice on an individual level for everyone, depending on their skill level. Great atmosphere, great community. Having been to several boxes, Bude is by far one of my favourites and I'll miss them now that I'm back home! Will definitely visit again if I get the chance - thanks for the great experience!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this gym for just over three months now. At age 49 I am now in the best shape I've been in since my mid-twenties. The workouts are challenging and varied enough to keep it interesting and it's great how there is always another challenge or something to learn. The coaches there are attentive, encouraging and walk their talk!

Fantastic experience: So glad I joined!! Jez and his team are awesome full of knowledge, passion and positivety. You always know you've done good when Jez gives you the "Paul Hollywood" of fist pumps. I joined not long ago and my fitness level, physique, posture and general health has noticeably changed.
