After years of competing and training in everything from boxing to fitness racing to bodybuilding and equestrian – I decided to take the plunge and use my diverse experiences to create a vibrant, fun and supportive environment for women to smash their health and fitness goals.

Once you’re a member you can pick and choose your classes and open gym times in the Members app. There are 5 different types of classes on offer and also open gym available to gold members.

A fun mix of boxing focused exercises that work all aspects of fitness. Lots of bag work, pads and partner drills, this class is the best and most fun way to work up a sweat and reduce stress levels while boosting endorphins, this class is suitable and fun for everyone. We will also do a Booty Builder in every class to help create that perfect peach ????. If you want to get leaner and have the perfect Booty then this is the perfect class for you ????????????????.

If you want to experience what all the fuss is about in the fastest growing and biggest Fitness Event in the UK then this is the class for you . The perfect way to test your fitness with friends and have lots fun too. You don’t have to be signed up for a Hyrox race or looking to compete. This class builds cardio, strength, speed and muscular endurance and gets a great calorie burn. Hyrox has become a global phenomenon for a reason. It is the sport for every body.

A full body workout focusing on strength, power and muscular endurance, making full use of all our kit . This class is for all fitness levels, ages and abilities. The perfect way to build a strong base and an inner confidence to take on everything life throws at you.

Fantastic experience: Going for over a year now. All the official hyrox equipment (including pro) plus more (40kg sandbags, squat rack etc) is available.
