Fantastic experience: Life-changing is a seriously over-used expression nowadays, but sometimes it is the right thing to say - working with Gareth for the last year has been exactly that... life-changing. I am dramatically stronger, fitter, bigger (in a good way!), knowledgable and most importantly, motivated to keep getting better at all of these ongoing. Not only do I recommend but I genuinely question why you wouldn’t get in touch with Gareth if you really do want make changes to your health. Of course big changes are not easy, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t make the journey that much smarter, enjoyable and, dare I say, easier. Do it!!
