Fantastic experience: I love training here! The team are incredibly knowledgable and ensure an excellent standard of training with the back drop of a fun and light hearted atmosphere. The space is really cool and it’s refreshing to come to after a long day at work. I’ve tried the small group training classes which offer a great all round work out especially for those busy days when time for exercise may be limited. Working with Adam specifically has been amazing, he is very considerate of personal circumstances and injuries which may otherwise be very limiting and he is constantly learning and adapting to tailor the sessions to meet individual needs to offer a safe but effective work out. This isn’t your average gym where the only focus is the training session, they offer a very holistic approach to help their clients achieve their individual goals in and outside of the gym environment.

Fantastic experience: I own them a lot! A brilliant team of experts and friendly PTs that can keep you motivated and guide you in a journey to become the better version of yourself! I started with the small group classes in January (2024) and it was the perfect approach for me. 45’ of pure support and attention. I started noticing results straight away and -even after months- I am surprised of where I arrived in the journey towards my wellness !! Fantastic experience: Gyms have intimidated me since I was in school and I’m 38 years old… that’s a bloody long time spent avoiding them. So you can imagine my excitement (and relief) when I found a place that is welcoming, inclusive and bespoke to whatever your fitness ambitions are. I want to get strong, fit, healthy (and I wouldn’t mind looking good in a vest) and I believe Giancarlo is the man to help me get there. He’s brilliantly knowledgeable, patient but determined, and practices what he preaches. Admac Fitness has won this skeptic over, that’s no mean feat.

Fantastic experience: I started with Kie at AdMac Fitness 10 weeks ago as the gym is very close to my house. This was the best decision I have made for my health. I've lost kgs and toned up but Kie has also helped me gain the confidence, skills and technique to carry on my fitness journey in the gym alone. Kie's positive attitude, accountability and dedication to making sure I have a programme that will help achieve my goal is fantastic. I cannot recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: Started training with Kie in September whilst on maternity leave and wanting to get back in shape so did the 12 week transformation - lost 10kg and built lean muscle following their programme - and now continuing to train each week with ongoing results. Kie is awesome, full of high energy, great coaching with the right balance of pushing you to hit goals and caution to not overtrain or to ignore a niggle and has good banter too! The whole team at Admac is friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: After badly injuring my lower back at home, I started training with Giancarlo 6 months ago with the aim to strengthen and mobilise my lower back. In that time I have almost eliminated all of my back pain. I now have full mobility and it has been transformative to my daily life. Me and my partner train as a couple every week and Giancarlo has been incredible, making the sessions challenging, new and fun. For both of us, our posture, fitness, general health and activity has improved massively. We highly recommend the entire team, and especially Giancarlo

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Gian for the last 6 months. I wanted to try personal training focussing on strength, as I'd reached a plateau with my group cardio classes and my on-and-off attempts to follow a strength programme on my own. I've found Gian to be approachable, knowledgeable and very attentive to my particular issues and injuries. His diligent recording of my progress and efficiently-constructed sessions mean I feel I'm getting a lot of value out of the training. I have noticed differences in my strength, flexibility and appearance. The gym environment is welcoming - I no longer have the distraction of feeling I'm being judged by Gym Bros as I try to complete certain exercises, and there's no waiting for equipment to become free, or feeling that I'm in someone's way. I'd definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I didn't know what to expect from having a personal trainer, but Kie has exceeded any expectations I could have had, on multiple levels. When we first met, he spent a lot of time getting a deep understanding of what my goals were. I wanted to improve my strength, develop my fitness, and improve my stability and flexibility. I also had persistent lower back pain, a slight injury to my back, and a history of other injuries. We've now been working together for about nine months (one session per week), and it's been nothing short of transformational. I'm stronger, I'm fitter, and more in tune with my body - and my lower back pain has disappeared. It’s changed my relationship to exercise and going to the gym to become something I love. Kie is so good at what he does. He works systematically to help you achieve the goals you want, and he takes such care to ensure that your form and technique is always spot on, to reduce any chance of injury or strain. His level of knowledge and expertise is second to none. Every session he asks how my body is, and if I have any minor muscle soreness or stiffness, he somehow fixes it almost immediately. Not only do I trust him implicitly, he’s also a lovely guy, motivating you and teaching you every step of the way. Our sessions are now a highlight of my week and I cannot recommend Kie more highly.

Fantastic experience: Nadine & Admac were fantastic! Over a 3 month period (x3 sessions pw). Nadine helped me hone in on weight training, and created a programme that worked around my busy work & travel schedule. She was so friendly, Knowledgeable & supportive. She helped me achieve my goal of losing 5kg, boosted my confidence and I’m still able to keep it off today. Thanks so much Nadine & Admac I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others who need a bit of a PT push be it small or big changes

Fantastic experience: My fiancée and I have been training with our PT Kie for over a year, and we absolutely love it! It has without a doubt been the best investment in our physical and mental health. We used to have expensive gym memberships, and really struggle to find the motivation to work out after work or at the weekend. We were looking for a PT to help out and found Admac online. We quickly booked our first couple session with Kie. Working out with Kie is now something we look forward to, every Saturday morning. The first thing you'll notice is how fun, uplifting and motivating he can be! He's a great trainer who is super knowledgeable, and able to quickly identify where your strengths and weaknesses lie. He's really helped us get to a point where we always feel fit, strong, and healthy overall - which is exactly what we asked for. As someone who spends most of their day sitting in front of a computer, I can really feel the difference and only wish we had discovered Admac sooner. Although we have only ever had Kie as a trainer, we've now met most of the Admac Fitness crew, and they all seem to be lovely and experience PTs. If you're on the fence and perhaps struggling a bit with finding the motivation to work out (like we were), I can only recommend trying them out.

Fantastic experience: I used to feel really nervous about exercising and going to the gym. The thoughts that ran through my mind were: "What if I do it wrong?" and "I'm going to look stupid!" But, I wanted to do something for me, to improve my wellbeing. Because of my gym anxiety, I decided to try Admac Fitness. Initially, I was concerned about working with a personal trainer. As a beginner, I didn't want to be pushed too hard and risk injury. However, after six months, I can honestly say it's the best thing I've done for my physical and mental health. Working with Gian has greatly boosted my confidence. I now go to the gym 4-5 times a week. Gian has pushed me beyond my perceived limits with engaging workouts and encouragement. I've also received tips and stretches to improve my mobility. The fact that our sessions are not in acrowded gym definitely boosts my confidence and is probably why I've stuck with it. Admac Fitness and Gian have helped me to make going to the gym and exercise a part of my life. I highly recommend, 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Kiefer at Admac Fitness for the last 3 months and it has been great! I contacted Admac fitness because I had sport and weight related goals that I was having difficulty achieving due to lack of motivation and direction when working out by myself. In our first session we discussed my goals, injuries and how I have trained previously. Kiefer listened carefully and we scheduled 3 sessions a week at fixed times but he is very flexible and can work around changes in my schedule. We also set nutrition targets which we keep track of weekly and these targets are updated based on the progress we make each month. Kiefer is very organised in our sessions and has everything ready as soon as I arrive. He is very relatable, down to earth and I enjoy our sessions every time. He pushes me every session and varies our workouts to keep them enjoyable! After 3 months of training, I have lost 9kgs but also increased strength and hit PBs in all areas which is great. I highly recommend Admac Fitness to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Gian transformed my gym experience into a fitness journey! Really effective weight training tips and posture corrections were included in the training. I've seen changes in my muscle growth and posture after 2 to 3 months and really happy with the results. Gian also incorporates nutrition advice that made tofu and mushrooms taste like heaven. If sculpting superhero bodies were an Olympic sport, Gian would take gold with one hand tied behind his back haha! Best decision to sign up for my new year's resolution.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I have been training with Giancarlo for 7 weeks, every session is tailored for us and we both feel like we're making gains. Every session is exhausting and brilliant, it's kept really interesting and so much better than if we were in the gym on our own, motivation is really high and we look forward to every session (which has never, ever happened with exercise before). As a freelance designer, desk work takes up most of my time and gave me a lack of energy that I wanted to improve. Fantastic experience: Hi I’m Gemma, I work as an Executive in the Tech space. I found AdMac fitness and reached out to them as they looked super friendly and not intimidating like some of the other ones I looked at. I had Adam as my PT (he owns the business). Unlike other PTs I never felt judged or shamed if I wasn’t meeting my goals that week. He also pays way more attention than other PTs I’ve had, making the smallest corrections in my form which will help prevent an injury. I have been impressed with the results I have achieved after only having a baby less than a year ago. I would highly recommend for others to join because they know how to have fun, get results and not take anything too seriously.

Fantastic experience: I started training at Admac fitness at the beginning of the year after feeling very tired and unfit, doing basically no exercise. The pandemic pounds were real and I finally felt ready to get in shape! I wanted somewhere local to me so I reached out and got put in touch with Nadine. Nadine is honestly amazing. She is so motivating and fun, and I always feel great after our work outs. She knows literally everything about the human body and has also really helped me become more mindful about what I’m eating (sorry Deliveroo!). I would recommend to everyone, I feel so much more energised and strong and I can’t wait to keep progressing and getting fitter!

Fantastic experience: Update: I'm now 9 months into my partnership with the hero that is Kie. I'm extremely happy with the progress I've made and the continue support I get. My body has been through a lot over the years and we hit a stumbling block recently but thanks to Kie's very considered approach to training, we shifted the focus to allow for full recovery of an injury whilst continuing to push the rest of my body. Recent progress pictures revealed a big change and Kie's encouragement to focus on building daily habits have paid off on me, resulting in a big attitude change, especially towards daily steps! See you soon Kie and never change! 3 month review: I found Admac online when looking for a private gym and trainer after lockdown eased. I've been nothing but impressed with Adam and my trainer Kie. The man's a legend and pushes me every single time but I'm most impressed with his breadth of knowledge and preparation for each session. It's been 3 months and my strength is increasing nicely. Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. I live nearby and saw the posters so thought I'd give it a go but wasn't expecting to enjoy it, but it's been honestly life-changing! My PT Emily has been brilliant and encouraged me to try exercises I never would have done alone, while listening to any concerns I have. They have been really accomodating of my ever-changing work shift schedule. If you're wavering I recommend giving it a go and I hope you find it as rewarding as I do!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Giancarlo a few months ago after having struggled with a shoulder injury for a year. I'd never lifted weights before and was the weakest I'd been in a long time as my usual exercise choices were impossible because of the injury. Giancarlo has always listened to me about my limits with my shoulder and modifies exercises accordingly. I never worry about being a beginner or asking stupid questions. He also respected my request to not be weighed without question. My shoulder has improved massively, I'm in less pain day-to-day and my whole body is much stronger than when I started. Mostly importantly, I feel I have my confidence back with exercising. I'd recommend Admac to anyone working through injuries.

Fantastic experience: I joined AdMac fitness, with Nadine as my trainer, to help combat being increasingly sedentary over the pandemic, to get stronger and to lose weight. Nadine is amazing! She is super supportive, encouraging and friendly and she makes working out fun! The gym is private, which I prefer over having PT sessions in a large (perhaps crowded) gym. Sometimes there might be one other client in an adjoining room, and the other PTs are really nice, too. It’s been really helpful to learn proper form and to also apply this outside of sessions - as I’m prone to injuries, working on form has been great for me especially and has led to less injury. I would highly recommend AdMac fitness to anyone looking to improve their form, strength, and activity levels. I’ve enjoyed going for almost a year and feel much more confident. Thanks Nadine!!

Fantastic experience: Update: Coming up to 6 months since my partner and I started training with Kie. We’re really happy with the results we’ve seen so far! The main improvements we’ve seen are in our strength, stability and general energy levels - it’s so motivating to be hitting PBs almost every session. Kie has really helped us to become mindful of our eating habits and step count, and helped us to prioritise forming healthy habits alongside our training. My confidence in my ability has improved too, and I’m really enjoying deadlifting heavier and heavier weights - something I had no experience of before. My partner is probably further along in his fitness journey than me, but still feels challenged and pushed during our sessions with Kie. We love our sessions so much we have decided to go from 1 to 2 sessions per week, so we would definitely recommend Kie and Admac Fitness in general! Original review: Kie is the best trainer!! Would recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape. He’s super supportive and knowledgable, can’t believe the improvement I’m seeing in my strength after a relatively short period of time!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Kiefer at Admac for 3 months. He is bubbly, energetic and gives great advice on achieving weight loss through diet and training. A great PT, I came in with a weak knee and he worked with my physiotherapist with a program that will improve my strength there. I definitely feel a difference and I will continue training with him!

Fantastic experience: I approached Admac Fitness because I wanted to lose some weight and get toned for my sisters wedding and my friend (who looks incredible since going) recommended to me. My coach is Nadine and she is absolutely brilliant, she keeps me motivated and on track and is super supportive. She’s also great at making sure while I’m training my form is correct to avoid injuries and develop my strength properly. Fantastic experience: August 2022: Since joining AdMac Fitness over a year ago I've really come on leaps and bounds in my fitness journey. I am SO much stronger thanks to Kie and his personalised approach to my workouts. I've had a number of positive comments from friends and family who have seen the physical change in my physique (which has been lovely) but for me personally, the mental improvement has been the best. My mindset has shifted from this yo-yo approach to 'getting fit' and now I maintain a consistent and sustainable program with Kie. I've recommended this place to a number of people and now have 2 friends and my partner training at AdMac. Sept 2021: I found AdMac Fitness earlier this year when lockdown had really taken a toll on my fitness and motivation! I needed someone to keep me accountable to a plan and get me enjoying working out again. I got the sense from the studio's Instagram that it wasn't going to be a place of judgement and that regular people worked out there so I got in touch. Adam got back to me really quickly and I was paired with Kiefer for my introduction session. I felt like I clicked with Kie straight away - he was so friendly and enthusiastic about my goals, I was instantly at ease. Sessions each week are always fun, varied and challenging. Kie understands acutely where to push me and where we can adapt. My progress since March has been insane. I feel fitter, stronger and like I could conquer the world after each session. The added bonus of working with Kie is that he is such a hype man - I love that he celebrates even the smallest win! The rest of the studio team are also so friendly and welcoming. They remember what you've up to the previous week and ask you questions about how you are getting on. The recent July wall sit challenge was a particularly fun talking point for everyone who goes there. It's like a little community at AdMac - really awesome atmosphere. I would recommend the team, and especially Kie, to anyone who is looking for some help on their fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: I approached AdMac fitness last summer as I was looking for a PT in East London and they had great reviews. I've been training with Giancarlo ever since and cannot recommend him & the team enough. They have two gym spaces which are really well equipped, which means the workouts are always varied and fun. The whole team is super friendly and there's always a great atmosphere. Giancarlo's been able to create a tailored programme for me which has been adapted over time. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to AdMac Fitness for over 6 months now and I love it! I chose AdMac fitness because all the PTs seemed really friendly and approachable and they have such a range of clients. I was always really scared to go the gym and didn’t feel like I knew what I was doing - I’ve improved massively since working with Adam and feel really confident now working out on my own as well. I love the sessions, Adam is so great at explaining things in such an easy, simple way and encouraging me to do more than I would ever do on my own. It’s also great when the other PTs are around as they make such an effort to get to know you and encourage you! Kie always makes sure to have 80s tunes on (my favourite) if he’s around! I can’t recommend using these guys enough! For both the PT sessions and group classes. I work in investment banking and Adam always manages to find times to work around my busy schedule!

Fantastic experience: I came to Admac Fitness with the need to build my strength and have my body looking its best. As a lifelong athlete with a large knowledge of fitness I wanted a personal trainer that could challenge me, provide bespoke nutrition advice and bring me positivity. Luckily, I found Admac Fitness! I initially trained with Adam and now have been with Gian for 6 months. I am a fighter and currently in training for a MMA fight; Gian has helped me exceed my fitness goals as well as tailoring my training for fighting. Secondly, as a long term vegan I have found it difficult to find a trainer who understands vegan fitness/nutrition. Thankfully as a vegan himself Gian is able to assist me providing recipes and supplements to have me feeling my best. Even on the days when I find it difficult to get up to train at 8am I always look forward to my sessions and I would not be where I am now without Gian. In summary: great (private) gym, great location and they're incredibly informed/ friendly. I would highly recommend their PT services!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended AdMac fitness by a friend earlier this year. I'd always been quite fit, enjoyed the gym, running etc that was until pandemic hit and my motivation went down the drain. In addition, I'd been struggling with a recurring injury from playing sport. Adam introduced me to Kiefer, one of the personal trainers, and I have never looked back! Kiefer listened to my goals - strength, mobility and rehab for my injury - and put together a programme. Every session is tailored to you and best of all its great fun! My motivation is back, I'm loads stronger, and my injury is in check. Fantastic experience: I wanted a PT that was local to me with their own gym because training outside is overrated. So when I found Admac I was happy to sign up straight away. Kie is my pt, he’s wonderful to work with and really friendly. He tailors the workouts to the things I enjoy doing and pushes me each session. He keeps track of my progression too so it’s nice to see my improvements after each session. Would absolutely recommend others to join, personally I think it’s helped me stay accountable and it’s a great way to reach your fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: I have been having sessions with my girlfriend at Admac fitness with Gian for about 7 months now. Gian is great - every session is different, tailored for us and good fun. I had a number of niggling injuries before I started which through various mobility exercises he gave me to do, as well as the training we do, haven’t caused me any issues. I also feel stronger, and my posture has improved over the last 7 months. I spend most of my day sat at a desk, and the sessions and the training plan Gian prepared for us really helps with motivation and getting to the gym. Admac is a really fun, friendly environment to train in - would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Kiefer is the best! I’ve always been quite a fit person and after my second child / caesarean, I was so weak. Kie helped me greatly over this time, with so much planning, care and attention to detail. In just over 4 months I’d dropped 11kg and more importantly was stronger. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Have been training with Nadine for three months and have already seen great improvements to back pain and posture issues (my primary goal) and higher energy levels (my secondary goal). Incidentally I’ve gained 6kg of muscle (from 50 to 56kg) which is quite remarkable. Had never gone to a gym in the past, despite having had access to a free gym at work, largely because I never felt adequate enough and knew what to do. But here they spend a whole hour assessing your conditions and talks through your goals (and helping you identify them when you are not yourself so sure) - and make practical, effective, efficient and evolving plans to achieve them. I’ve even started to build up a habit of running 5k a few times a week and have started to eat a lot better. Should’ve started a lot earlier.

Fantastic experience: I’m a 30 year old GP living in East London. In 2020 I decided it was time to take action and empower myself by investing in my own health. I was skeptical about whether a PT would be a good investment or not, and I did my research online. AdMac stood out to me as a cut above the rest. The private studio was a real attraction, and the general vibes from their social media page felt warm/friendly/approachable and most importantly fun. In order to make a real life change/change to daily habits it had to be enjoyable, and these guys are all so light-hearted and fun to be around, it’s such a happy environment! The biggest turn off with most PTs was this intimidating/narcissistic/stuck-up vibe, but the AdMac team are so so kind and welcoming. I have never felt judged by Adam, even when I’ve had a bad week and feel I’ve let myself down he’s so supportive and reminds me that I can try again, and that progress comes from staying positive and not giving up. There’s holistic support all round. They’re just normal nice people who are really good at what they do. The other clients there on the days I’ve been have been friendly and non-judgemental too. The other main attraction for me was Adam being so open on his website about his own health problems-he showed vulnerability and that made me feel like I could too. Hands down the best decision I made this year, and if I could afford to train with Adam every day I would! Training with Adam has fast become my favourite morning of the week, and I always leave with a smile on my face! Fantastic experience: After a referral from a friend, I contacted AdMac fitness. Kiefer was assigned my PT, and have been going for around six months now. Am so impressed with results so far, Kie is very clear, knowledgable, informative and patient. I had no familiarity with weight training prior to this, I’m now more confident with all the equipment, as well as outside of the gym feel stronger and fitter, having lost ~6kg. One of the best things is that it’s a private gym space with great equipment, but also there’s no judgement, all the PTs seem down to earth, which adds to a relaxed atmosphere, but without compromising on effectiveness. Kie keeps the workouts varied, adapts workout plans to what I need, and knows what muscles will hurt before I do myself! As a jogger, the extra strength I now have in my legs has knocked over 5 mins off my 10k time, and is continuing to improve, which makes me even more happy! Thoroughly recommend. David

Fantastic experience: Following the first lockdown, I realised that my sedentary life was getting out of control. I couldn’t even make it to the shops without being exhausted. I found Adam’s details as a local PT business in my area and haven’t looked back. Adam was quick to get back to me and so enthusiastic. I was keen to train with a female trainer so Adam introduced me to one of his PTs, Nadine and I’ve loved training with her ever since. The business is so well run and everyone is so enthusiastic and supportive. After years of struggling with my fitness, I feel like I’m finally in control of my health and seeing the changes I need. I get the right amount of support with a plan tailored for me to encourage and challenge me. I’m lost about 15kg and feel so much healthier. Fantastic experience: I approached Ad Mac because I had a long-term issues with my foot (fasciitis) and it was recommended to me by my doctor that I strengthen my legs and core to help with this pain. I work with Kiefer who is so enthusiastic, helpful and focused. He has really helped my progress and keeps me on track, which is a difficult thing to do by yourself. My pain is massively reduced and I have noticed other improvements in my strength and stamina in general. Ad Mac trainers are all approachable and friendly but also have great knowledge about how to address specific issues like I had.

Fantastic experience: My name is Jude and I work in retail. Despite being on my feet all day I wasn't losing the weight I wanted. I joined a friend of mine who had been going to Admac for a couple years and she was happy with her experiences. I joined their HIIT and boy did it knock me for six the first time, after the first month I saw an improvement in my strength and cardio that I decided to ask for a PT. I was paired with Giancarlo and he has been very patient and gives great explanations on best form and what is happening during each exercise. He never pushed me beyond what I could do but would ask if I could do one more rep if possible. His and Adam's recommendations for home workouts have been a good change of pace. I'd recommend anyone who wants to build up confidence and enjoy a friendly atmosphere with support. My posture has improved, I've shed 7kg in fat and put on muscle.

Fantastic experience: I knew I needed help; months of inactivity, being furloughed then WFH and spinal surgery in Sept, had left me terribly unfit. A panicked Google search lead me to the Admac website. I tentatively called and asked Adam if he would be willing to work with an overweight, 52 year old with a dodgy back and knees, while wondering if I was mad to ask the question. Nearly 2 months on I am so glad we had the conversation. Adam’s holistic approach to fitness is exactly what I needed. Instead of focusing on an end goal of an ideal weight, he has helped me focus on my lifestyle and changes that will not only benefit physical health but also my mental health. Fantastic experience: I have always failed to attend the gym regularly even though the intention was there, I realised it was so easy to find excuses not to go to the gym regularly. Having travelled so much for work before the pandemic, when I started working from home without travelling I wanted to start exercising but didn’t want to repeat my old mistakes. I thought about the reasons of not exercising regularly - I simply didn’t enjoy it because I simply didn’t know what to do, how to use different body strength and how to use different activities and I ended up doing the same stuff whenever I was at the gym! The answer to overcome this was to Learn how to exercise and to have Fun! I found Adam’s fitness by searching personal trainer in my area, contacted Adam straight away and he offered the first trial with Kie in no time! The first session with Kie was just amazing, we talked about my goal, he explained how he could help me to achieve my goal and not long after, I already knew I came to the right place! I’ve just completed 20 personal training sessions with Kie and booked for another 10! There have not been one single day I didn’t want to go for a training, to be honest it’s the opposite- I have been looking forward to my Tuesday and Friday sessions with Kie! He is a good listener, his sessions are never the same so you don’t get bored of doing the same thing , he makes them challenging but fun so I can come out feeling accomplished and proud of myself! Having 2 days/ week training has also changed my daily eating habits and exercise routine which are fantastic and I couldn’t have done it on my own! Fantastic experience: I’m a full time student and freelance creative. All of the work I now do is from a desk. I joined AdMac at the start of 2021, with the hope of being a better version of myself, feeling more confident, shedding the weight I put on from the first lockdown and building up to running again. Nadine is an incredible PT. She’s so patient and tailors the sessions to me, has given me incredible advice on nutrition and fitness but most importantly makes the sessions fun!! Fantastic experience: I initially approached AdMac Fitness as I wanted to get back into a regular training routine after a break from training. I loved the professionalism of the brand from the get-go but meeting Adam only confirmed this. AdMac Fitness embodies his own personal dedication and work ethic and attention to detail. Fantastic experience: My partner and I have been going to admac fitness for several years now and I couldn’t recommend them enough. We have worked with both Gian and Adam and they have a very professional approach and have done a huge amount to help us progress both physically and with our confidence in the gym. Both of them are well trained on technique and keep you accountable outside of the sessions but but are also really friendly and approachable. The small studio set up means it has a family feel and we are only ever with one other clients at a time which I think is great for anyone that has previously found traditional gym environments intimidating. Fantastic experience: I trained with Admac fitness for about a year whilst I lived in Bow near Mile End. I chose to do the classes and bootcamp instead of the personal training. It was great value for money, local and full of great people. It helped me keep up my fitness during the week. I just needed to show up and 45 mintues later I'd be sweating. If you're consistent and go to classes every week you will feel fitter, lighter and stronger. During the summer the outdoor bootcamps are great fun too!

Fantastic experience: If you want a PT who really listens to you then contact Adam. Everyone’s fitness journey is unique and it’s important to work with someone who doesn’t give you an ‘off the shelf’ approach. I’ve been going to the gym since I was 16 and seen some results but having the extra focus and motivation from Adam has made a huge difference. We’ve discussed diet, changed my cardio routine (Adam gave me a new approach) and I’ve found keeping gym notes really helpful (even though I was convinced it was a chore initially). My husband also trains with Adam as do several friends and everyone has good examples and ideas to share which reinforces my experience of a personal, personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: It’s been 20 months training with Adam now. A lot has changed since I started, overweight trying to do my pushups with uneven shoulders. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Adam for the past 4.5 months and have never been so enthusiastic and engaged towards my training both during and outside of our sessions. He’s friendly, fun to train with and most importantly focussed on helping me improve and succeed! I recommend him to anyone, whatever your personal fitness or body goal!
Fantastic experience: Prior to commencing personal training with Adam, I had tried all sorts of things in order to get fit: gym memberships, classes and buying equipment to train with at home. None of it worked - I’d keep it up for a few weeks then lose motivation to continue. That’s when I made the decision to search for a personal trainer in the Bow / Mile End area. I’m really happy with my decision - I’ve been training at AdMac Fitness for 5 months and am happy to have finally found something that’s working for me. I feel stronger and healthier than ever before. Finally, Adam has a great sense of humour which helps with getting up early for morning sessions!
Fantastic experience: I’ve had a few personal trainers but none quite like Adam. He tailors every session to the needs, interests and goals of the client. He motivates you without pushing you past your limits and never compromises on technique. This means you can feel safe throughout your session and not worry about injuries! He is also a fountain of knowledge when it comes to fitness and lifestyle as a whole. A balanced and open-minded personal trainer that I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My first 6 months training with AdMac Fitness has been great. I was always hesitant about getting a personal trainer but it was the best decision and I should have done it sooner. Adam is excellent. The sessions are always a good laugh, highly motivating and a welcome addition to my week. With his help I am the fittest I’ve ever been. He constantly monitors progress and tailors routines to help meet goals. The fully equipped private studio in Bow is also a great escape from a crowded gym. I highly recommend to anyone in the Mile End area who is considering personal training. Thanks as always Adam!
