Fantastic experience: My 14 year old recently joined EK boxing academy to build his confidence and fitness levels. After his first class he came out absolutely buzzing and instantly asked to become a member and attend more classes. The support and encouragement from all the coaches has been amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking to work on their boxing skills, build confidence, increase their fitness levels or just to get their teenager off their gaming device!

Fantastic experience: Very organised team so joining process was very smooth. I was looking for Box Fit PT sessions. My trainer Richy was great and made the session challenging and fun. I definitely recommend this club!

Fantastic experience: Our son has been attending the boxing classses twice a week for nearly a year now - the difference in him is amazing! He's much more confident, fitter and looks forward to his classes every week. The instructors are brilliant! Couldn't rate them and the facilities any higher!

Fantastic experience: I had my first session back in over 18 months and as always, it's an amazing experience. Things change over time, but what doesn't change here is the supportive atmosphere and the quality of coaching. It's a fun and challenging workout that gives you a huge sense of accomplishment at the end. There's suitable classes for every age group and every fitness level so if you're a beginner, experienced or coming back after a break, you're going to have a great time. 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: Would 100% recommend, welcomed as soon as I Walked in and felt right at home. Coaches are very helpful and kind, I have learned a lot and improved my fitness and boxing skills and would urge anyone to get themselves along!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed my experience at ek boxing academy everyone of the coaches made me feel very welcome and all there experience and coaching was amazing due to ill health I had to unfortunately leave the gym was I was so gutted about within the few months I was there I was at a level I never thought I would thank you to all the coaches and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get fit and learn boxing techniques

Fantastic experience: I had always wanted to take up boxing but it seemed a very daunting task however everyone at the club was more than welcoming and helpful, great atmosphere within the gym. The lesson are structured around your own personal abilities and the coaches always try to incorporate any exercise or drill you would like to work on.I would highly recommend the EK boxing academy to anyone, either wanting to just get their fitness levels up, to someone that wants to take up boxing and get serious about the sport.

Fantastic experience: Just went to my first class with a few pals and Jamie was absolutely brilliant. So welcoming and made everything quite easy to pick up. Already looking forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for 6 months now and i can honestly say that the tuiton i have been given from Aaron has been 1st class.not only am i getting fitter and healthier and losing weight ( from 110k down to 93k) it has been great for my mental health.I am 62 now and never felt better.I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron.All in a great place to go.

Fantastic experience: Been going to PTs since the start of the year . Aaron & Richie certainly put you through the paces with their workouts . I’d highly recommend EK Boxing if you really want to step up your fitness , great gym , very helpful and friendly .

Fantastic experience: Having started a couple of weeks ago I was very apprehensive as this is right out my comfort zone. Richie has been brilliant, very approachable and knowledgeable. Puts you through your paces but enjoying the journey! Admin is great at keeping in touch, booking in sessions and emailing calendar invites that way it’s easy to keep track!

Fantastic experience: I had 6 PT sessions with Jamie, who I find to be relaxed, informative and knowledgeable. The sessions have been varied and really focus on the goals I explained at the start. Just need some new quads and I'll be laughing

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this club. My son is 14 and started about a month ago. He did a couple of PT sessions first to learn the basics and then entered the beginners classes. He loves it so much and has became very invested in doing well with it. I have noticed a big difference in him he is more confident in himself and believe it or not matured a bit also. He has now been moved up to the advanced class which he is totally buzzing about . Hard work pays off . The staff are really nice and friendly and I can’t thank Karen enough for all her help as I’m not the best with technology lol. What a lovely bunch of people at this club .

Fantastic experience: Took my 7 and 5 year old down for a session today and they had a fantastic time! They haven't stopped practising since we got home Josh was great with all the kids in the class, they had so much fun, they didn't want to leave and are already asking when they can go back!. Thanks for making it possible for the boys to attend with the new family discount plan can't wait to see what my boys gain from this experience

Fantastic experience: Terrific gym with excellent coaching and facilities. Head coach Josh is very committed and invests heavily in the club. The gym has a friendly atmosphere which makes it a great place to be. PT David also gives excellent training advice. Best boxing gym in South Lanarkshire.

Fantastic experience: Since joining EK boxing I have completed 2 boot camps and almost my 3rd , I have enjoyed all of them which have all been different and I have got the out come I wanted with each one , weight loss , fitness and all round feeling healthier , which in turn made me more confident . We’r all like one big family in the gym , encouraging and supporting each other as well as having fun along the way . The classes are a big mixture of fun , hard work and sweat , the coaches are all really friendly and welcoming as well as helpful . I can’t recommend this gym enough !

Fantastic experience: Just started off with Jamie with 1-2-1 PT sessions( I have no previous boxing experience) With Jamie, everything is explained thoroughly and made very clear. If you’re struggling with a certain exercise Jamie will adapt the exercise to better suit your current fitness level. With EK boxing you can see they care about their clients are in this for the long term goal of the client. It’s just not about your physical well-being , it is about improving your life in general. If you’re looking to get into shape, these guys know what they’re doing.

Fantastic experience: I first came to EK boxing academy after being talked in to it by my friend Susan. I thought I would go once and never go back as I normally would with countless attempts that I never stuck too. Now two years on I am much fitter and attend as many classes as I can. I am almost finish my second boot camp, both of which have seen me push myself and buzzing after a challenge at 6am ready for the day ahead. For the first time ever I enjoy getting fit. It’s a great environment and the coaches always keep it fun and not repetitive which is what I love most. Thanks to you all

Fantastic experience: My son Jack first attended this club as I wanted to build his confidence aswell as getting away from the computer and exercising. He loves this club and seeing his confidence grow has been amazing. They have classes on for adults aswell so my husband started going and loves it, I thought I would give it a try aswell and I am so glad I did. The staff are so friendly, approachable and motivational, which I need a lot of . I have spread the word and now my nephew, myself, my son and my husband go it really is an amazing place. They have recently set up a games area for when adults can go to classes and they can bring their kids along with them. I honestly highly recommend this club and staff, you will NOT be disappointed

Fantastic experience: I started with the PT sessions before moving on to the women's class. I've done a couple mixed classes too. All the coaches give it their all, are nice and supportive as wrllwas knowledgeable and slightly evil with their workouts! The changes Josh has put in are positive and making it an even better place to go.

My son loves going every week. He has fun and learns at the same time. Would highly recommend this club.
