Fantastic experience: I've trained in exposure for a while now and it's become a 2nd home to me and my dad we love training in exposure, it's such a friendly enviroment and the people there are so supportive, would really recommend training here!!!!

Fantastic experience: When I first watched Exposure in pontnewydd social club I fell in love with it ever since I started watching the shows from May 2022 to February 2023 then it was until march last year I joined the team to see what I can learn now I’ve been a member off The Exposure wrestling academy I’ve never looked back

Fantastic experience: I joined exposure after leaving my old training academy and they welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home straight away. I have now been training here for over a year and all of the trainers are very experienced and you learn a lot especially on Sundays where we get some of the biggest British wrestlers to train us. It is also a good group of people encouraging each of other to be the best they possibly can.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this academy! All the trainers and trainee's are amazing people. Training is offered to men, women, children and people with difficulties/extra needs are not ecluded from this, Exsposure Wrestling provides everyone an opportunity to learn. Weather you want to just get fit or become a champion exspoure wrestling is the place to be. They offer session through out the week and have private session availability. They also offer guest seminars where you get the chance to train with some of your favourite wrestlers you would have seen on TV!

Fantastic experience: Excellent academy I actually train there every Thursday and with some of the best trainers around within a few weeks you will learn a lot more than you think and as they have just recently moved to the neon which is very accessible no matter where your from and they are also very cheap considering how much they offer you and the seminars they run and also their shows are outstanding and always get the crowed going.

Fantastic experience: My 12 Yr old has been training at exposure for a few months now and he absolutely LOVES it! It's by far his most favourite thing to do. He trains twice a week and all the staff at exposure are amazing with the kids. The class is an even mix of boys and girls and the fees are extremely reasonable. Onwards and upwards for exposure wrestling...5 stars from us!
