Fantastic experience: Class local gym, loads of new equipment, pictures on Google don't do it justice

Fantastic experience: Trained at various gyms in South Yorkshire over the years and been here twice before. Came back 2 years ago and have settled in again big time! Ever expanding gym, kit upon kit just keeps getting brought in and the atmosphere and people in it fantastic plus the knowledge on hand is VAST! Viva La Muscle Factory!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever been a member at , bar none :) Hand picked equipment, the oldest of old school vibes, not a tripod in sight, loads of room, friendly members. Always updating and expanding the kit, and the owners have a wealth of knowledge that they're happen to impart, as long as you don't ask them when they're training ;)

Fantastic experience: Coming from a fat lad that's not walked in to a gym for years. I was dreading joining up to a gym thinking that everyone would be judgemental and give you dirty looks. But everyone in the gym is sound and helpfull. Plenty of machines to use and a lot of guidance and tips from my coach Ben. Worth every penny

Fantastic experience: Amazing atmosphere, lovely people and awesome equipment!! Totally recommended to everyone, no matter what level of fitness they are! Very surprised how much equipment there is and how great all machines are ! We trained legs , the angles felt great ! Ho pressure on the knees . We will be coming back each Sunday even though we have to make it a road trip ! So worth it !

Positive experience: I missed my way there first and when I finally got to the car-park area, I was unsure if I was at the right place. A lady drove in got out of her car and asked me in and then told me she worked at the gym. She was quite pleasant and polite, when we got in she showed me around the place and explained how the membership works. Overall, it was quite nice inside as there is a lot of gym equipments to use for training. I'm happy and interested to continue as a member.

Fantastic experience: Recently trained at the Muscle Factory Gym in Swinton, Mexborough and found the establishment to be overflowing with various equipment to meet everyone's physical health needs... The Gym is split into sections for each body part, which is unique in itself, so there is a Shoulders and Traps section, Chest section, Back (Lats) section, Arms section, Heavy Duty Legs Section and several rows of cardio equipment... Plus a room with Boxing Bags already hung, in case this is your thing... Ultimately the Gym caters for everyone's physical needs and the staff are very friendly and helpful, with the owner being a highly knowledgeable individual when it comes to discussing physical fitness... The Gym also stocks a huge range of complimentary supplement products that are all sold at competitive prices and the range is there to meet all needs...

Fantastic experience: Just had my first session in the gym today. Chris was super helpful, knowledgeable and really made feel at ease. I was very nervous about joining a gym, having never been to one before and being relatively new to working out, but there was no need to be. Everything was explained well - not just how to use the machines and equipment but why they are used etc. Chris has also kindly offered to look at my diet (which probably needs a lot of work!) It's really obvious that it's a gym that wants to see you do well and fulfil your goals. It has a friendly, independent feel and I'm looking forward to continuing training there. Highly recommended, whoever you are and wherever you are on your fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Proper old school gym great atmosphere friendly people has everything you need also don't be scared to head over if your not used to these gyms and normally go commercial gym please give it a try theres more t shirt trainers and show offs in the commercial gyms there better advice and knowledge and atmosphere in muscle factory for anyone not just bodybuilders also it helps your local business which has gotta be important right now more then ever

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with everything you need. I like how everything haves its own place and areas like a leg workout area, back area, chest area and cardio etc. It's great for first starters and haves friendly staff that can help out. If your a pro lifter or a fitness fanatic you'll feel right at home with plenty of equipment.

Chris the owner is a top bloke and has helped a lot of people in the bodybuilding industry The gym is always very clean all equipment is excellent and well maintained. What ever your goal is if it’s just to keep fit or training to complete I highly recommend muscle factory 10/10

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for five months it’s been great. I used to be a member of a one of the chain gyms but this place is like nowhere else. There is so much equipment that you’re never waiting for a machine and there’s enough weights for everything. Chris has so much knowledge and has taken an interest in me and my needs. I have my own training program and diet that fit around my lifestyle. He’s always around to answer questions and help. Since I started I’ve lost 15kgs and dropped 4 inches from my waist. It’s a really friendly atmosphere And the other members are great.
