Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough of these guys and their amazing skills . I did a lot of research to find the right place for my little girl who finds socialising hard and lacks a lot of confidence . Feel like we’ve hit the jackpot here. All the instructors and kids are just amazing . They are so friendly , caring , kind , extremely skilled and fun to be around . Teaching the kids amazing defending skills and building their confidence . Each class is jam packed with learning how to defend yourself whilst boosting your confidence in such a fun way . You can certainly tell , that all the instructors love teaching the kids the moves and skills they need . As a family we are extremely grateful for everything you’ve done and are doing for our daughter. Thank you all so much x

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant, My very shy daughter has only been going for four weeks and already we have seen her confidence grow due to everyone involved at the defence lab. Whilst teaching the benefits of martial arts the team brings a fun friendly feel to each activity, Would highly recommend anyone to join the defence lab family, ⚫

Fantastic experience: I have been Training with Paul for over 16 years and he never fails to amaze me. A dedicated and highly skilled instructor and always welcoming to all. Honestly if you want to learn realistic and practical self defence skills you will not find anyone better than Paul. Training is always fun and you will taken on a journey!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing self defence system, learning to attack, and protect yourself too. It's a fantastic all rounder. Our instructor Paul is one of the best in the world at this, and his teaching style is first class. That's why I bring my kids along to learn, along with my wife and I, helping out with the kids classes, and also training it ourselves too. We totally believe in DNA.
