Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed the 6-week programme at RBT and couldn’t recommend it enough. I’m 51 and considered myself reasonably active, regularly cycling and visiting a standard gym a few times a week. However, I had seen little improvement, experienced reduced motivation, and gradually gained weight over recent years. The RBT programme has completely refocused my approach to exercise and nutrition, getting me back on track. Huge thanks to my trainers, Ez and Anthony, for their vast knowledge, support, and of course, the small group of guys who shared the sessions with me?!? The headline is that I lost 6.9kg in six weeks, but more importantly, I’ve seen significant improvements in my flexibility, endurance, body shape, and motivation. I now have a better understanding of nutrition and greatly improved techniques when it comes to weights and equipment use. What I think sets RBT apart is the commitment it requires – 1 hour, 3 times a week, booked in advance, which helps prevent other activities from taking over your day. Plus, every session is different, keeping motivation high and delivering tangible results."

Fantastic experience: In one month I have lost 10% body fat, seen my energy levels improve, the sessions are tailored, the after care and support again has been tailored to my goals and has been very supportive.The gym equipment and facilities with cold bath and sauna are excellent. Small group sessions with a real friendly atmosphere with continued instructions from team really encourages me to push myself further each time.At 56yrs of age this has been a real game changer for me, and I would encourage others to take the step

Fantastic experience: RBT: if you’re thinking about getting in shape, looking to self improve go no further. I saw Beau’s 40+ challenge for men and realised something needed to be done so signed up immediately 12 weeks in, it’s the best decision. Looking and feeling fitter with an improved diet. The gym’s well equipped with all the latest gear sauna, ice bath and showers etc. Experienced PT’s who provide full motivational support small groups or one on one training. RBT has a great vibe, all participants support one another because it’s tough but great.

Fantastic experience: Initially signed up to the 6 week course and found it to be fantastic. The coaches are brilliant and willing to offer help and advice any step of the way. The classes are well organised and really get you working hard. I’ve struggled with fitness for a long time yet have found this so easy to get into and also found my commitment and motivation coming back. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: The staff and facilities here are top drawer. I’ve worked with 3 coaches at RBT over the past 6 weeks and each of them are friendly, professional and talented. They all push me to my fitness limits, and somehow I don’t hate them at the end of each session! The equipment is all brand new and of high quality, and the ice bath & sauna facilities are a wonderful addition that you don’t get in most private gyms, let alone at this price point. I have completed my 6 week course and will be signing up long-term to stay on top of my fitness with some great people.

Fantastic experience: After 10+ years of solo weight training and feeling stuck in a rut I was gifted the 6 week trial by my family. Honestly the best present I could have received. Even though I was lifting weights I was generally unfit this was a great way to carry on weight training while improving my fitness level. The trainers are amazing and motivate you to achieve your goals both in and out of the gym. Weekly check ins from trainers with targets including tips on improving diet, increasing step counts, monthly competitions between members and hydration are a great touch. All the members here are great and all help motivate each other through common goals so feels like a real community. I am most of the way through the 6 weeks and will 100% be renewing my membership. Honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RBT to anyone. What a place!

Fantastic experience: You might think all the 5 start reviews are the trainers getting their mates to do reviews, but I can assure you we are all happy customers. I joined because I want to lose a lot of weight, and to date I've lost 10kg in 4 months and continuing to do so. Others have joined because they want improve their mental health or tone up. I'm personally impressed with how well the gym is equipped, and the level of knowledge of the trainers. Regardless of your fitness level, they will be able to help. Support goes beyond the gym and you'll find everyone else who participates very helpful too. They will help you with your diet and activities outside of the gym. The sessions are limited to 9 people so you're never in a crowded environment. Personally I think this strikes the right balance between having a PT and gym membership. I can see myself achieving my fitness goals with RBT.

Fantastic experience: Started on a 6 week membership. Never looked back since. Why? Simple, the banter of the group, the focus from the instructors and most importantly… their understanding. Not long into my membership I herniated a disc (playing tennis, not in the gym). I completely closed up and stopped going to the gym, thinking rest was best for my back. The team convinced me differently and pretty much bespoke a workout plan just for me. 8 weeks later I’m the fittest I’ve ever been! If you’re considering joining, but: - have an injury? Do it, the team will cater for you. - think you’re not fit enough? Do it, the team will get you there. - you’re worried it’ll be too intense? Do it, the banter and the rest of us will help you through it. Honestly, I’ve been a member of various high street gyms and haven’t achieved results like this. I’m the fittest I’ve been in decades. Give it a go, I promise you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I just finished the 6 week foundation program and renewed my membership. I had no gym experience before and I received fantastic personalised support so far, improved my strength and stamina a lot. The coaches are brilliant, even in groups they find the time to help each individual with personalised guidance. All fellow gym members are also very helpful and everyone encourages everybody throughout the sessions. I also love the variety of the exercises, sessions never get boring. Other than the gym, you also get personalised dietary advice from your coach and you also get a regular body scan which gives you a lot of data on how you are doing.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never done PT or strength training and definitely was getting out of shape so joining RBT was a big step but it’s been transformational physically and mentally. RBT team are great , super supportive and the small groups work really well with a great group of guys in similar place . If you’re considering making a commitment to getting fitter RBT are well worth considering

Fantastic experience: Signed up for the 6 week program after a few years of personal issues had left me in a low place, physically and mentally. After 1 week of being pushed hard in the gym I knew I had made the right decision. 8 weeks later (signed on for more ) I have never felt better. My physical shape and fitness has massively improved and my mental state is great. The coaches are professional and friendly and really know their stuff. They take each person on their own merits and set personal goals tailored to your individual situation. Doing the course with a small group is brilliant, pushing each other along the journey. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend RBT.

Fantastic experience: I joined RBT with some trepidation, signing up for a 6 week induction course. At 58, being very overweight and unfit the thought of entering a gym for the first time in 30 years I didn't have high expectations of myself or what could be achieved. 10 weeks on and such a different story. I've lost over 6kg, started to see changes in body shape and definition. Fitness levels are greatly improved along with 2" reduction in waist line and blood pressure is now under control and near normal. The instructors are motivational, knowledgeable and very approachable.. They take time to help tailor individual meal plans, nutrition splits and calorie goals and provide focus for each member of the small classes. It's the best of both worlds, near one on one support but with the benefits of group dynamics. The equipment and facilities are superb, plenty of rigs, aerobic machines, free weights, bands and other kit. There's showers, a sauna and an ice bath as well. If your looking to get back into a gym that provides great atmosphere, facilities, support, encouragement and an ever changing variety of routines and session times you can't go wrong with RBT.

Fantastic experience: A great way to get fit. I had been using a PT for some time, but it was expensive and it was solitary. RBT is a cost-effective way of getting excellent training with like minded people. The gym is well-equipped and the trainers really push you to get the most out of your sessions. A great mix of strength and cardio training. If you are thinking of getting fit then don’t just think about it! That’s not going to get you anywhere! Come and join us - have some fun and get ready for your budgie smugglers this summer.

Fantastic experience: Started my 6 week course end of March and couldn't be happier. Just signed up for another year! Small groups of lads all at different levels working together. Fantastic atmosphere to be in. Instructors are extremely knowledgeable and give all their time and help to support you through the program. The sessions are different every time providing you with a full body workout. You'll leave knackered, but chomping at the bit to return. Never done anything like this before and wouldn't find anything like it. Feel 20 years old again!!!!
