Fantastic experience: Fab coaches, really know what they are doing, so knowledgeable and very motivational, the atmosohere whilst doing a workout is amazing the support and comaradre from the other members is what keeps me coming day after day, its not just a box to train in its a team to train with "To be a lion, you must train like a lion".
