Fantastic experience: I started training with Polina at the gym in London in December 2019, just before Covid hit. In the few months before the lockdown, I was lucky enough be taught some important fundamentals of weightlifting in person and I found it super useful and eye-opening. But when the gym got shut down, Polina transitioned to an online training model very efficiently and offered us all the amazing chance to train at home, from whatever corner of earth we found ourselves in. What a game changer! I eventually moved back to Italy but have continued training with her online for years now because she puts the same attention and dedication to each one of us as she would in person. She tailors the workouts of the day for each person training, or sometimes she makes it super fun by having us all training the same way, which makes it feel like a shared challenge even if we are in all kinds of different places. But apart from the amazing workouts and techniques she teaches, the value of Polina resides in her healthy approach to training and life in general: she never puts the accent on the negative, she inspires to take care of yourself as a human before anything else, not only through movement and nutrition, but with learning, reading, enjoying life. Her philosophy applies inside and outside the gym at the same time, what she teaches you about strength and resilience on the gym floor is a lesson that you can take to any aspect of your life. She doesn't talk about restriction, weight loss and calorie counting (unless, of course, you want her guidance on those matters), I have never heard her comment on physical appearance or diets. What she teaches you is about being strong, being healthy and able to do anything you desire, aging gracefully and being your beautiful, balanced self. She is the type of trainer and person who pushes and motivates you to do your personal best on the gym floor and then invites you to celebrate with a slice of pie or a cocktail, and when there is so much negative attitude and such a toxic diet culture out there, I find that positivity priceless! Personally I have found training with her a game changer not only for the way I feel physically, but also for how I feel limitless in my purposes and balanced in my everyday life. Thanks Polina!

Fantastic experience: During my incredible six months with Polina, I've undergone a remarkable transformation. Fantastic experience: I have never had a personal trainer before and I was not very comfortable going to the gym on my own. I wanted to get back in shape after spending too much time indoors during covid. I was looking for a PT specialized in training women and I am thankful to have found Polina. Workouts with Polina are very thorough, dynamic and super personalised, regardless of whether you attend an in-person or virtual class. She puts a lot of effort into explaining what the right ways to move and lift weights are, what muscles should work and how to engage them. This helped me discover some muscles I did not even know I had and also improved my posture. I also have never thought before about lifting weights, it gave me confidence and made me feel strong. Polina really cares about training people and ensures that they receive all the support they need to get in shape. She provides recommendations from nutrition, and equipment through sleep and breathwork. Polina has created an amazing community of women where one can share healthy recipes, learn new skills and connect with other people.
Fantastic experience: Polina is incredible! She has such a brilliant attitude and made sure that i got the most out of the session with her. My form improved dramatically with her coaching, and I performed better than i have EVER done, thanks to her guidance. I honestly didn't realise how strong i am, and can't thank her enough for boosting my confidence. I cannot recommend Polina, or her Mean Fit Foxes training group enough!

Fantastic experience: I have joined the meanfitfoxes team when I have already realised that I somehow need to incorporate physical activity into my life but didn’t know how to yet. Training with Polina has changed my view on exercise and gym in general, I have learnt so much about physical activity but also about my own body. Polina is positive, lively, compassionate and has always listened to my concerns and desires. The experience has been absolutely transformative.
Fantastic experience: I started with Polina with the goal of adding fitness into my life and being able to confidently go to a gym and train. What I didn't expect was this to totally change my lifestyle, gaining so much confidence, meeting new people and having a great supportive coach. I never saw myself doing weightlifting before I joined Meanfitfoxes and now I can't see a future without it. There are a mixture of Zoom and in person sessions, where both work very well for me. I work long hours so fitting in a Zoom after work is perfect. Polina is super flexible in terms of making sure you are comfortable, if you have any issues/injuries she will work around it and give you advice, whilst still being able to train. I have been with her for almost 2 years and I have seen such a difference in me physically and mentally. Polina is super inspiring and is your biggest supporter. I am now someone who loves putting the work in, seeing progress and having fun whilst doing it.
Fantastic experience: I love training with Polina, with her guidance I’ve achieved so much more than I ever thought was possible. I began with no ideas about weight training and now I feel confident to go into any gym and use the free weights. The community she has built with Meanfitoxes is really supportive and welcoming. Polina always has an adaptation or work-around for any obstacles or injuries which has been so helpful, you could really begin from any fitness level. The option to train on Zoom from anywhere means there’s always a way to squeeze in a session, even if you are away with no equipment Polina will think of something!! Thanks Polina!
Fantastic experience: Polina is so passionate about what she does and truly injects it into the people she works with. She's always there to help you every step of the way, pushing you but not crushing you. As someone who was completely terrified of gyms and sports for her whole life, I did a full 180 since working with Polina. I also love the sense of community between everyone that trains with her. I've never felt judged and everyone's there to support and cheer each other up!
Fantastic experience: I have worked with Polina for a few years now, and it has been a truly fantastic experience. Pol goes above and beyond what one would ask of a coach and genuinely cares so much about her clients. My weight training helps me feel more confident, strong, consistent and engaged with my fitness. Fantastic experience: C'est une amie qui m'a recommandé Polina. Je n'avais pas la moindre idée quel genre d'entrainement elle faisait. Polina est bien plus qu'une coach, elle est toujours disponible, à l'écoute, te pousse, prend le temps de t'expliqué, hyper bienveillante. Polina m'a fait découvrir et aimer l'haltérophilie, un sport qui n'est pas assez mit en valeur. Je me rend compte que j'avais des préjugés sur ce sport. Je n'imaginais pas que j'étais capable d'effectuer les mouvements d'haltéro. Ce sport et Polina m'ont tellement apporté dans ma vie. Etant rentrer en France, je suis ravie que Polina continue de me coaché online avec toute la Team Foxes.
Fantastic experience: I started training with Polina in March 2020 and am so grateful to have found her and the Foxes crew. Polina is not your average trainer. She creates fun and challenging personalised workouts which I do during small group sessions. With Polina's support I have developed a love of weights training and confidence in how to use my body (and the gym, previously an intimidating space!). She is also a truly holistic coach, offering guidance and adaptation around real life. She checks in regularly outside of sessions and is really committed to my wellbeing; suggesting recipes and being an accountability buddy for early nights! I am so glad to be part of the lovely inclusive community she has created, and couldn't recommend her services enough!
Fantastic experience: I've trained with Polina for three years now, both in-person and throughout the entire lockdown, and I'm endlessly grateful to her for the unwavering support and structure that she's given me. I've gone from never setting foot in the weights area of the gym, all the way to feeling fully confident walking into any unfamiliar gym full of strangers and heading to the free weights and just getting on with training. Pol's style means pushing yourself to do the things that you definitely can do but didn't realise that you could - getting just that perfect amount out of your comfort zone. I'm capable of so much more than I thought I was, and my training with Polina has really helped me realise this. I also love having the community of foxes who all train together - I feel very safe and comfortable around all of them and having everyone there together is really motivating for training! Would 100% recommend Polina to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have absolutely loved my experience training with Polina. I've really enjoyed training with Polina and meeting a group of strong, like minded women. I now feel confident going into any gym to exercise where previously I wouldn't have felt comfortable going in alone. Fantastic experience: I am so lucky to have Polina as a trainer, especially during my pre and post natal training which I cannot imagine having done with anyone else. Her knowledge and experience is second to none and I felt confident and safe training and weightlifting all through my pregnancy and my recovery. I am now able to step into the weights area in any gym with ease and look forward to every training with her and the Mean Fit Foxes women. It's also been great to have the option of training virtually. I would highly recommend Polina to anyone and also thoroughly endorse her as a pre and post natal trainer for anyone looking.
