Fantastic experience: Nice gym. Just started. Friendly staff. Not overly packed so you get to work around the gym to use different equipment without waiting much. Ample parking.

Fantastic experience: This gym is one of the best I have been too.. its local, friendly atmosphere and the equipment is second to none. Think racks, barbells, curved running machines, ski'ers and loads of other free weights + machines. Not a typical weight lifters gym, you'll quickly get to know people and feel at home with all your fitness goals :)

Fantastic experience: I`ve been a member at few gyms over my lifetime and to be honest I`ve always found them a bit boring-probably why I got into martial arts... MyGym`s a bit different though, it`s got proper training equipment for people that are serious about their training. The prowlers, battle ropes, tyres-it`s all proper stuff you can get a good sweat on without spending hours on a cross-trainer. The guys down there are fantastic too-we`ve even done a few workouts together!...top lads.... would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: these people care more about you and your health than about making money (the owners). they'll give you good advice on if you should start, they'll remember your name, they're legitimately lovely and kind. the PTs who work there are wonderful and the owners can recommend you the right person for your situation. It's a smaller gym but that's because it's not crammed with treadmills and exercise bikes and has a nice open space. try it if you're unsure. :)

Fantastic experience: Ste and dave the owners are very friendly and kind. They make this gym not feel scary for new people going in. It's a proper gym, not being full of resistance machine but having loads of squat/bench racks the flooring to do any lifting ( deadlifts, cleans, snatches etc.)

Fantastic experience: This is by far the BEST gym in the area. I don't say this lightly. I have been going to another chain for a few years now but made the switch due to the large space and new equipment. They have everything I would typically use and I never have to wait for equipment which is a huge bonus! Also the PT's are super nice so it gives it a friendly feel. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: A bespoke gym designed to give you high quality facilities without all the frills that add on to the price. Created by a long-service fitness instructor, each piece of kit has been designed to deliver. I'm really impressed by it and like the layout, the functionality and the little bits of kit. It's not full of muscle heads (but you can be if you want to!). Like the 6am start and hopefully the cafe coming soon.
