It is a 6 wk programme designed to bring together small groups of mums with the shared goal of self improvement - of becoming fitter and stronger both physically and mentally. With qualified and experienced childcare professionals on board mums have peace of mind knowing theres support keeping little ones safe and entertained. All StrongMums receive a Nutritional Starter Pack drawn up in collaboration with a leading dietitian. This is further supported by daily recipes. Mums can also expect home workouts - short, simple but effective. Weekly buggy walks are a great way to increase step count, get fresh air....and socialise with other like minded mums ????????
