Fantastic experience: My son is 14 and joined here a few months ago he loves the fact he can train 24/7 and is often in here at 2am on the weekends

Fantastic experience: No other gym in the area offers martial arts classes 6 days a week along with 24 hour gym facilities and showers not to mention the coming soon ice bath, cyro pod and sauna at a extremely reasonable monthly price.

Fantastic experience: Good,gritty but friendly gym. There is real sense of helping local youngster from all backgrounds. A good grounding for anyone who want to learn about MMA or to box. The coaches are approachable and Friendly... but.... they will work you hard!

The Muay Thai classes have really helped my overall ability. Using the weights area has increased my upper body stength since joining, without having to use two gyms. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: My PT was James, was absolutely phenomenal the facilities are perfect and the environment is very friendly and welcoming. Love the gym absolutely recommend 10/10. My new go to. My favourite is the ladies only area downstairs. It’s perfect for hijabis.
