Fantastic experience: A fantastic kickboxing gym run by 2 great coaches. Gav and Carla know how to push and get the best from their students, and turn them into great fighters. My daughter has been going here for over 3 years now and it has done wonders for her. It has given her confidence and self assurance, not to mention a wicked hook and cross! If any parents are looking for a place to send their child to learn to defend themselves and improve their fitness and confidence then look no further than here.

Great friendly welcoming environment; whether you’re coming to improve your fitness, wanting to compete, learning self defence etc Vanquish is the way to go! It has amazing coaches who push you to be the best you can and great team mates who will also encourage you and help you! In the short time I have been training here my fighting ability and fitness has improved loads, I can’t thank these guys enough for what they have done for me!!
