Fantastic experience: I have only been going a couple of months or so and the help and advice I am getting to help me lose weight is brilliant. Janet and Hannah are so welcoming, helpful, friendly and funny I would recommend anyone of any age to join its the best thing I have done this year

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place, staff very friendly and supportive. Excellent guidance on fitness and low sugar diet. The ladies who attend there are so friendly. I would definitely recommend this gym for any lady not wishing to join a mixed gym.
