Fantastic experience: Fantastic outdoor bootcamp. Super friendly crowd, and suitable for all abilities. Love how inclusive this space is, while also providing a tough workout.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant classes always delivered with good positive energy/helpful tips etc. But what makes this place special is how Terry and James have created a bit of a community. It’s a really welcoming atmosphere for a beginner to this sort of fitness and I always come away from a class feeling great.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the boot camps led by Rob for a long time now (Terry’s are also great but I can’t make his seasons very often). Even when it’s freezing cold and pouring with rain I come out feeling great and I feel stronger and fitter as a result. Rob is fantastic at offering encouragement and knows how to alter exercises if you’re carrying an injury. I would totally recommend for a friendly and fun exercise session in the fresh air! There is also no bravado, you go at your own pace .
Fantastic experience: Excellent. If I could add 6 stars I would. All levels of fitness can come. just bouncing and banter :-) Terry, Rob and James are all super helpful and give tips on exercises and technique. Give it a go
Fantastic experience: I’ve had Terry as a PT for 2 years and couldn’t recommend more. I’d never lifted a weight before and was ideally looking for a female PT. I had absolutely nothing to worry about and have always found Terry to be super knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and friendly. The studio may look small but is very well equipped, and you always come out having been pushed! The sessions massively helped me in achieving my goals through both physical strength and improved confidence too. They’re good value for money and always at your own pace. Terry has a genuine care for his work, clients, and community which is lovely to see. A hidden gem up in Walkley ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Amazing start to my weekend every Saturday (when we're out of lockdown). Helped me to build my confidence after an ankle injury, it's fun and challenging. On top of that Terry is such a nice guy! Great atmosphere all around!
Fantastic experience: Terry's a proper proffessional - organised, efficient, flexible and knowledgable. His training sessions are challenging, supportive and fun, and he's friendly, encouraging and warm, not at all the stereotype that had kept me from trying HIIT etc for so long. I'd reccomend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Terry's bootcamps are hell on earth. They're challenging and different every time. He's super motivating and comes up with some fun games to make it enjoyable. Always a friendly crowd too. I hate it nearly for the full 30 minutes but afterwards I feel like superwoman ♀️ The great thing is it's such a mix of fitness levels from the rather unfit like me to the marathon runners but we all spur each other on. I think I secretly enjoy them..kinda!
Fantastic experience: Excellent bootcamp sessions that will leave you feeling motivated and energised. Do not be afraid to go to these classes as a beginner! Terry pushes you according to your own ability, and you can always adapt moves if things get too tough. Also two sessions are never exactly the same which is great if you find repetition dull! Would recommend to anyone looking to get fit and feel great.
Fantastic experience: Great workouts for all abilities. I have been doing the bootcamps twice a week during the Summer and find it is an ideal way to improve fitness, build strength and give you a mental boost. Definitely recommend!
