Fantastic experience: It's a brilliant studio to unwind and be yourself. Not only is it a fantastic workout, It is a sanctuary where I meet friends and enjoy getting stuff off my chest. A beautiful warm wonderful place to go. Mickie the instructor knows her stuff and makes you work hard.

Fantastic experience: Always enjoy Mickie’s classes. Mickie is a great teacher and always has time to ensure we do our workout properly. There’s a lovely group of ladies and George who attend the classes. So always nice to have a catch-up. So glad I joined Mickie’s Callanetics.
