Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Vicki enough. She trained me (someone who hadn’t run a single mile) for the London Marathon and I cannot thank her enough for helping me cross that finish line! Months of hard work and consistent support and encouragement from Vicki gave me a memory I will forever treasure and to hear both Vicki and Danny cheering me on at the finish line was a lovely moment! The most supportive, encouraging and kind team I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vicki to anyone! Guaranteed a laugh and great sessions down at Fitness Focus!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and welcoming staff and a good range of equipment. There are members of all ages and fitness levels so you never feel intimidated. I would say this gym is perfect for anyone starting out, or trying to get fit again after lockdown!

Fantastic experience: Excellent establishment, with good equipment and professionally qualified friendly staff. Aside from having personal training and making me fit, I have recommended Fitness Focus to a number of other (now) members and they too have heartily endorsed their services.

Fantastic experience: We have been having PT sessions in the gym and on zoom for around 3 years (I think) and its has been life changing in so many ways. We are both much fitter and mentally its helped get us through all the lockdowns. VIcki pushes you harder than you could even imagine but the results physically emotionally are worth it. We feel happier stronger and brighter in this mad world. Our bodies feel better old injuries flare up less and we notice the difference When we don't have sessions. We both have so much more energy and sleep quality its better after sessions. It's hard to put into words but we have fun we laugh we cheer each other on we push ourselves to be better and all because Vicki pushes you to do the best you can and our bodies love it. We are a couple of oldies so if we can do it anyone can
