DropGym - West Hampstead

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Adeel for almost a year now, and having consistent workouts with him is a great way to keep myself feeling healthy and in shape, no matter how busy I get. He is personable and good company while he also challenges me with weights and new exercises. The Dropgym location has everything needed for a good workout, and going regularly has become a staple of my self-care and mental health regime.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Ross at DropGym. Ross has the perfect balance of pushing you through a tough session to maximise results whilst also understanding that life can get in the way of training and diet. He appreciates that it’s difficult to be 100% all the time especially when it comes to diet. He has the knowledge and advice to accommodate this. Ross has a great knowledge of weight training and cardio. He can adapt sessions based on your preferences and existing skill set. He also has a background in nutrition so is very aware of the common pitfalls and challenges when it comes to dieting. I’ve been working with Ross for 12 weeks on the gold package and plan to book in another transformation. Really happy with my results so far - Thanks Ross!

Fantastic experience: DropGym provides a bespoke, focused and enjoyable environment to train hard and make meaningful progress. The equipment is excellent and members are respectful and likeminded. I got in touch with Bez (Head of Fitness) several months ago to enquire about membership. He responded promptly, arranged a tour and took time to sit down with me to discuss my fitness goals. With my background in sport and fitness, Bez paired me up with Ross (one of the DropGym personal trainers) who has, it would be fair to say, revolutionised my approach to gym training - breaking my protracted cycle of stagnant and repetitive gym sessions. Ross uses sound scientific methods to construct and then, if needed, modify training programmes and diet plans - personalised to my specific goals. In just three months, I have made significant progress, beyond what I would have expected. He motivates me to push hard and break personal bests. It is clear he is deeply invested in his trade, takes his professional development very seriously and actively subscribes to the ethos of continuous learning; directly benefiting his clients. Furthermore, he is a genuinely lovely, inspiring and down-to-earth bloke who takes an interest in the lives of others outside of just fitness and training.

Fantastic experience: I have been trained by Maria for about 5 months now and have really enjoyed my sessions with her. She is super friendly and gives good support and advice with the training programmes, I have seen great improvements in my fitness since training with her. I would definitely recommend!

He is very knowledgable, approachable and an incredibly fun person to work with. The training programme is incredibly well-structured, and he always makes an effort to accommodate my often unpredictable schedule. I have made significant progress within a short period of time, and always look forward to our training sessions! The gym itself is well-stocked and always clean, and never too crowded so it is always possible to train efficiently.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to DropGym for 3 months now. I really enjoy all the great quality equipments. As a beginner to weight training, my PT Maria was an amazing resource. I recommend her highly to anyone looking to start working out. She explains in detail what proper form should look like. She is also very supportive of your progress and helps with everything from nutrition to training.

Fantastic experience: Liam is a brilliant PT at DropGym. I've been training with him for over a year now which is testament in itself. He's incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and works with you, incorporating feedback and goals into plans. He takes a holistic approach with nutrition being a key part of the plan and really focuses on form, helping to build the right foundations for progress. I've dropped body fat, gained muscle but most importantly the sessions and focus have been brilliant for my mental health. I'd highly recommend.

The location is super convenient, all the staff are so lovely and friendly and the gym itself is new and always very clean. Bez is a fantastic trainer, he really knows his stuff, he is friendly and approachable and gets good results. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of the gym now for ~6 months now and I have to say the service is nothing short of fantastic. Due to the wide range of equipment and limited memberships available, I am always able to use the equipment and dumbbells' i want without needing to wait. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and there are always personal trainers around to answer questions and help with your form and to show you new exercises and training techniques. Moreover, the gym is absolutely spotless and is regularly cleaned so I have felt very safe during covid. A great perk for me personally is the ability to request playlists for the gym to play on their excellent sound system. If you are able to get a membership, i couldn't recommend this gym enough.

Fantastic experience: I don't often do reviews but wanted to make an exception with DropGym. Having done the big name gyms over the years, I wanted a more personal experience and that is exactly what I got from DropGym. It feels like a private members club and you truly feel the quality service and expertise. The equipment and advice is second to none. As an older client, I didn't feel out of place and the space was quiet and very clean. The holistic approach to health is genuine and has succeeded where other so called gyms, personal trainers and medics have failed. Well done DropGym. You have a very happy customer for life.

It’s great that in these crazy times, there’s a gym that limits users to 8 people at a time and that’s very welcome. Looking forward to the expansion!
