Dedicated Strongman Strength & Conditioning Gym has a thriving & enjoyable Strongman /Woman and general strength community with Liverpool. We have a fully kitted out Strongman Gym including 2 x 20m Runs inside. Not only do we cater for Strongman/woman, we also have plenty of Powerlifters, equipment & the right environment. If its just general keep fit, we have you covered with the advantage of making boring sessions fun and challenging. We offer Day Passes at £5, Monthly Memberships at £40 and 4 onsite Personal Trainers who will give prices on request. Come and try something new, you won't be disappointed.
