Fantastic experience: Nice guy and very experienced at what he does, talks sense and knew my limits so not to push me so hard to turn me off the whole thing. Could not recommend him enough. Gym is top notch too and facilities are brand new and well maintained.

Fantastic experience: I decided to switch from Gym to personal training as I felt I was not hitting the fitness levels I wanted -and I'm glad I did. Damien is totally dedicated to fitness and I have to say I am feeling the fittest I have ever felt. Not only does he advise me on various exercises and best way to get results but he has given me lots of nutritional information. With Damien's enthusiasm and dedication to my regime I feel totally dedicated now in my fitness goals and always look forward to the next session. Fantastic experience: A breath of fresh air to training in Newry. Damien's approach to training has created new expectations around Newry for personal training. His attention to detail, genuine enthusiasm and professional development makes him easily the no 1 trainer in the area. He has helped me personally get back playing my own sport after an absence. Fantastic experience: I have been attending RITE Fitness Bootcamps in Newry for over a year now and i love it, after recovering form surgery on my left knee after a football injury, i found my balance off, and weakness in my leg, Damien the personal trainer made a personalised program that built my legs up to far stronger than I ever was before :-), not to mention the overall fitness and strength upgrade. So after my surgery im not allowed to play physical sports any more, in-case I wipe out what's left of my knee..., I find training with RITE fitness has given me an outlet to maintain my fitness, in a safe way.
