Fantastic experience: Have been training with Rob for a few months and had an amazing experience! Very accommodating for schedule, availability and great support during training sessions, giving workouts to take home, explanations, videos when needed. For someone with a busy lifestyle this has really helped me get into shape a bit more (I could always do more myself outside of sessions...) where I otherwise would have only been getting less fit. Fantastic experience: Rob is a great PT and all-round lovely guy. He is focused and really listens to what you want to accomplish. He’s very flexible and understanding. I didn’t want a trainer who is aggressive and he is the complete opposite! I have some old injuries and he has been very helpful in adapting to my limitations while still pushing me to achieve my goals.

Fantastic experience: When I got in touch with Rob I was looking to do something that jumpstarted my physical activity. After two pregnancies and having been to the gym on and off for the previous seven years, I wanted a personalised, challenging yet fun way to get back in shape but most of all to feel stronger. I chose to work with Rob through his 12-week program because I loved the transparency of the information and pricing on his website. And I also liked the fact that it was thorough since it included a nutritional programme and a look at my DNA. Rob also asked me lots of questions about what I enjoyed and done before which made me feel like he was not creating a superficial plan. During our sessions together I enjoyed how he gradually increased my challenges in every sessions and the way he pushed me without being “too loud” (I’ve had experiences of personal trainers being too aggressive and pushy which didn’t work for me). Now that our work together has ended I’ve lost weight, centimetres and my strengths has increased so much. Plus, I feel so confident about going to the gym and following my routines which is something I didn’t have before. From someone who was scared she would break at the gym, I’ve transformed into someone who exercises six times per week and actually enjoys it!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Rob shortly before Lockdown 1, and have continued working out via Skype since. Whilst really looking forward to getting back into his very well equipped private gym space, he’s kept me engaged and focussed whilst making good use of my limited home kit and space over this last year. I definitely emerge from lockdown 3 in much better shape than I entered, and that’s down to Rob! Strong recommend.

Fantastic experience: Rob is amazing - he is a very good communicator and adjusts his style and routines to match each individual’s specific circumstances and needs. Started training with him a few months ago and have already seen fantastic results - over 25kg lost in 6 months while maintaining muscle mass in that period. I like the privacy of his studio too and the location close to Canary Wharf is really convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get in shape.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Rob for around five months now. Initially I wasn’t sure how long I train under a PT for, but it has been a really great experience so I’ve just kept going! Rob is an amazing PT who takes time to listen to what you want to achieve, and tailors a program to help you reach your goals. He’s also supportive of your fitness journey, provides great advice and takes a functional and realistic approach to helping you. I’ve definitely have noticed a massive improvement in my strength since and am really glad I joined up! Update: I've trained with Rob for over a year and it's been a great journey. Rob is an incredibly motivating and thoughtful PT, who listens to what his clients want to achieve, comes up with great programs and knows how to push you just enough. I've been amazed at how much heavier I was able to lift! He's also works around any injuries you have, takes time to listen and is flexible, great for those of us with busy schedules!

Fantastic experience: Rob is a great personal trainer and I have been training with him since July this year. In two months time, I have lost 20kg of weight with Rob’s suitable and personalised training plans in different levels. Now I feel much more energetic and healthier than before. Also, the training studio is clean,fresh and absolutely private space during the sessions. Therefore definitely I would focus more on training! To be honest it is worth to spend money and time training like this instead of waste my life and health at home.

Fantastic experience: After doing loads of research into PT’s are the local area, I got into contact with Rob and began training with him in Feb 2019. Rob has always been super professional and friendly in his communication. I was nervous at my first consultation with Rob but quickly felt at ease with his calm and friendly demeanour. Rob is very good at his profession as he goes into detailed explanations when discussing nutrition and exercise. I always felt I had completed a very good training session with Rob, he always pushed me when the demons in my head told me to give up on certain exercises (thanks Rob!). I have a pre existing knee issue and Rob always ensured any exercises I couldn’t do because of my knee pain was altered or avoided. Rob always kept in touch with me throughout the week to see how I was getting on with the plan he set me. There was never no judgement if I had a bad few days, he always has a positive attitude and mindset which I really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate using Rob again in the future. Asha

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Rob for several months now. It was after I hurt my back and was afraid of training again that I’d decided to look for a PT and I‘m so happy that I’ve found him. His studio is very nice, perfect space for a good full body workout. He is a great PT, I like the way he plans our sessions, he is always bringing new exercises to challenge me and I feel really great when I’m able to complete them after a few sessions.. Great way to measure my improvement! He is also very cautious about my positions and technique when doing the exercises, he is constantly reminding me to think about what I’m doing, which muscles I’m using, the way I’m breathing and to keep my stomach tight to prevent any back injuries! I have fun training with him, specially during boxing, and I trust him to plan and guide me through the sessions. I definitely recommend him to anyone!! Fantastic experience: I started training with Rob in September because I wanted help building a workout routine after years of useless exercises, as well as to help keep my injured knee in check. I found our sessions really great! Rob carefully planned my workout, minding how my knees responded to each exercise, and gave me plenty of useful tips. I now feel like I have a good fitness base and feel confident exercising on my own.

Fantastic experience: I (thankfully) found Rob after getting back in to exercise after a serious back injury. He's concern for my health and progress saw him getting in touch personally with the physiotherapist I was working with at the time to consult on exercise routines and report on progress. You don't get this kind of attention with just any trainer! Rob continued to check in on my progress outside of the gym, which was appreciated, motivating, and comforting - knowing I was doing the right thing for my back. His gym has everything you need to get a good sweat on, and is convenient for those based at Canary Wharf.Rob is always constructive, helpful and interested, and I couldn't recommend him higher

Fantastic experience: I had personal training sessions with Rob while on short term assignment in London. To be honest I had zero motivation to work out on my own and needed that extra little push. Minimal FiT is about a 5-10 minute walk from Canary Wharf, which was super convenient. Having busy days this was perfect, as I could still fit a workout in. When designing the workouts Rob takes your fitness level into consideration and motivates you just enough so that at the end of the session you feel very accomplished and just the right level of tired. I enjoyed our sessions, conversations and the super delicious shake that he serves at the end of each session. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Rob for about 5 months now and have found tremendous improvement in my strength and posture. He has been focussed on ensuring we work on the areas I highlighted to him at the beginning but has ensured that the training does not become monotonous by introducing new exercises after every 4 sessions. Fantastic experience: I started training with Rob earlier this year after recovering from surgery and losing much of my previous fitness levels. Rob has approached my coaching sessions thoughtfully. He has taken the time to assess what I am capable of and how far too push me without causing any unnecessary strain. His style of coaching is motivational and engaging and the sessions never seem repetitive. I began to realise noticeable results very quickly. My energy levels and confidence have improved significantly ( with the added bonus of fitting into my favourite old jeans again!) During lock down Rob has remained engaged to ensure that I have been able to adapt my routine to fit in regular fitness training without equipment. I fully recommend Rob.

Fantastic experience: After an initial face to face consultation with Rob, in which everything was explained clearly without any pressure to sign up (quite different to other personal trainers I had spoken to in the area when looking to get started), I opted for the Body Transformation programme. Having completed the programme, I am continuing regular 1:1 sessions with Rob. Rob is a great trainer, friendly and most important of all, trustworthy. Through small incremental changes, Rob has helped me to make big improvements to my diet and habits that have really helped to achieve results. Fantastic experience: After deciding it was time to get in shape I decided to visit Rob’s very conveniently located studio just 5 minutes from the office in Canary Wharf. After explaining to about my existing back injury, Rob paid careful attention to structure workouts around this area so not to aggravate further but also included subtle exercises to slowly improve the region. Rob is an extremely knowledgable, charismatic and professional individual. His service is one of, if not the cheapest in the area of Canary Wharf but offers the highest level in regards of value, service and customer retention. As my work and personal schedules are very busy, Rob always made himself available to answer questions or allowed me to visit his premises for a chat, all prior to any form of payment being made. This demonstrates to me that Rob has his priorities set on long term customer retention rather then quick wins. Fantastic experience: Rob is simply awesome. His method is very affective & interesting. I was never a gym person and I get bored from doing workout easily ( paid 2 years for gym contract, but only went for 5 times in total, not proud.) But, Rob helped me to get into the habit without feeling bored! His session is very concise, and the training is dynamic. There is always something new to keep me entertained. The result was ridiculous overwhelming for me. I did an annual health check last month: my body fat dropped 8%, BMI dropped from 24% to 18%. The overall health condition was a lot better, comparing to the last one. I didn’t do anything else, but only, training 2 to 3 times with Rob per week for 3 months. The result was definitely better than I expected. If you're looking to get in better shape or get healthier, I highly recommend you to try out Minimal fit!

Fantastic experience: Not at all surprised to see consistent 5 stars for Rob. I've been training with Rob at Minimal Fit for nearly a year now and couldn't recommend him more highly. Clearly a lot of thought goes into his personalised training schedules so they are very targeted at achieving your goals - whether improved fitness/strength, weight loss or recovery from injury. His approach is very focused on content and technique, helping deliver the maximum 'return' on time invested - and he does so with a very laid back but confident style. Overall, very high quality personal training - and much better value than the various other alternatives I've tried in the area.

Fantastic experience: I started my journey with Rob back in June ’19, and what a great journey it has been so far! When I first walked in to see Rob for an initial consultation, he took the time to walk through the issues that surrounded my weight gain. From the get go, I was impressed at how Rob formulated a plan for weight loss and tailored the training regimes to my weight loss goals! I signed up for the total body transformation programme, and I can honestly say that this will go down as one of the best decisions I have made. Rob has kept me motivated all the way through the programme, he has even texted me on weekends with a genuine interest to see how I was getting on. 12 weeks later, with Rob’s support and help, here I am 8KG lighter and I am feeling more confident than before. I have decided to stay on with Rob and see the year through, I am certain that with Rob’s continued help and assurance I will get to my ideal body shape by the end of the year. P.S. Fantastic experience: I had the great chance to be introduced to Rob by a colleague and what a change in my life. I have lost 17 kg in 12 weeks thanks to his training, diet advices. He's always supportive, push you when you need to and super flexible! The training sessions are bespoke to achieve your goals, the variety of exercises, technics make them challenging but also really enjoyable. Fantastic experience: After years of training on and off and not really having a good diet I decided to meet with Rob and discuss what I wanted and what I was training for (My first Olympic triathlon), the initial consultation was relaxed and I felt in no way forced into signing a contract or being pushed into the most expensive option like you get with most places which is great. I began training with Rob once a week and straight away noticed a difference, in my first week I lost 2.1kg and after training with Rob for 8 weeks lost a total of 1.4 Stone and can confidentially say it would of been more if i didn't have a couple of bad weekends during this time. Rob has set me on the right road to carrying on losing weight, getting fit and training for up and coming events. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Rob for 3 months, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I have been suffering from back and shoulder pain due to long hour working. Therefore, I tried to do some research online and hoping to find someone that I could have regular fitness training with. Rob is a great PT where he doesn’t focus on how I could aggressively reduce my weight but he focus on how I could lose weight by eating and living healthily. I really enjoyed the varieties and challenges he put into the sessions. Rob is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session fun and challenging. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly, he ensures that I eat healthy but not eat less. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Rob for several months now after years of ‘not really knowing what to do in the gym’ and I have to say he is a brilliant PT and definitely completely different to my perception of a PT. Training 1-2 times per week with a mixture of upper, lower and full body workouts, he makes sure to keep mixing things up regularly. What I’ve noticed most is his attention to detail around technique, having started with Rob after 7 months of enduring a knee injury from a marathon one of the biggest improvements in my knee pain was a doing combination of lower and full body workouts with him. For me right now, training is more about good physical & mental health than a particular goal but I’m confident that whatever your own goal is Rob will help you get there. He goes above & beyond what I’d expect from a personal trainer and does all he can to keep you motivated and on track! I initially told myself I would use a PT for 3-4 months but it’s become one of the highlights of my week and I don’t intend stopping anytime soon!

Fantastic experience: Very pleased I finally got around to getting a trainer, I put it off for ages. Was concerned about the cost benefit position but in honesty I wish I'd done it sooner. Training was tailored towards my goals and I now feel so much fitter and stronger! I highly recommend Rob, he's focused, knowledgeable and fully results committed without any nonsense.

Fantastic experience: It took me ages to decide to hire a personal trainer. I didn't think it would be worth it. How wrong I was. Fantastic experience: Loved training with Rob. Got me back in shape after a few years not doing much. He was patient and spent time making sure I was on track with my workouts and eating well. He regularly checked in with me throughout the week on Whatsapp which helped a lot. Fantastic experience: Rob's a great trainer. Worked me hard to get the results I wanted. Saw him twice a week and did two sessions a week myself. He gave me meals to try out that were quick n easy. I hate cooking so it was a winner! The wife liked them too so I was in the good books. Can def recommend Rob to anyone thinking of getting a trainer. See you soon mate.

Fantastic experience: I held off for years on getting a personal trainer as I was always sceptical about the cost Vs the benefit. However, I can confidently say that getting Rob to help with my goals was worth every penny. Very knowledgable, great at motivating and super supportive outside of the gym to keep me on track. Fantastic experience: Trained with Rob recently and he really helped me with my training and what to eat. It took me a while to get into the routine as I hadn’t exercised for a long time but Rob was very supportive and kept me on track. We did some private training sessions and also a lot of online stuff. Rob would send me what workouts to do and id do them at home. Really seen and felt a difference. Fantastic experience: Rob is a really friendly and knowledgeable Personal Trainer and helped me to lose weight, tone up and get stronger. Not only did he push me hard during the PT sessions once a week, he went the extra mile by offering nutritional advice and additional training plans. The app he uses to track progress and workouts is really effective. He also kept in touch during the week to help give me the extra push I needed to keep going. Fantastic experience: Rob has been coaching me for 8 weeks so far… and happy to report I have lost a stone in fat (down from 24% body fat to 18%), built muscle and starting to see a six-pack (if the lighting is right!)… Jokes aside would fully recommend Minimal Fit if anyone is wanting to do a Body Transformation - the support provided has been far beyond training and what I could have hoped for (e.g. also looked at my diet, DNA profile, overall lifestyle management, etc).. working with Rob has genuinely been the best decision I have made in years (apart from marrying my wife- just in case she reads this :))

Fantastic experience: Robs is great a sifting through all the contradictory info out there. If I've ever had a target, he's my go to guy for a workout plan. Some times i might be aiming for physique (the beach) others a specific race goal like a triathlon or other endurance event, Robs always able to find a routine that suits me and always pushes me beyond my original markers. Nice bloke too.

Fantastic experience: I had my first session with Rob a few days ago, it was a really great leg session at the gym. I train a lot and I found that I got so much more from a session with Rob than I usually get from just going to the gym myself. I learnt better technique with weights and Rob really pushed me in a supportive way to make sure that I got the most out of my work out. My abs and legs were sore for a couple of days but that is good pain right! Thanks Rob, I will be back for more sessions.
