Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Friendly and welcoming. Top range of equipment and great prices for day/week/month passes. If you could design your own dream iron paradise this would be it. Everything covered for all body parts. I have loved training here whilst visiting family and can't wait to revisit. Would 100% reccomend.

Fantastic experience: 100%muscle and fitness is the best gym around Thornton and cleveleys I trained there when I went up for 2 weeks. An amazing gym very friendly and the atmosphere is great loud music and the equipment is great got everything you need to get in shape.. Carl and Carl (the owners) are great people always there for an helping hand approachable and great people to talk to. Will definitely use again when I am in the area.
