Fantastic experience: VMA offers a range of different classes including kickboxing, kettlebells, mindfulness, yoga, Not Big Not Clever and self defense. It's a really friendly atmosphere and new people are made very welcome. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you're at, the instructors will make sure you're comfortable doing different exercises. You can pay for classes individually, buy a block of 10 at a discount or sign up for a monthly membership which gives you unlimited classes.
