Fantastic experience: After spinal surgery in November 2023 on my lower back I was committed to find someone who could deliver me a rehabilitation programme which was going to get me back to strength. I was recommended Jack at Performance elite, and after careful consultation he designed a unique programme to follow to strengthen my back and then to support my specific goals. I have now been with Performance Elite for 6 months and couldn’t be happier with progress. Ultimately flexible, very personal, highly professional and knowledgeable, I cannot recommend Jack highly enough. Equally the gym is quiet, friendly, well equipped and reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: I have been using the Performance Elite gym and working with Jack Wilson for over 6 months now. Jack’s style and holistic approach has worked really well in developing my strength and mobility. The flexibility of how often and when you want PT sessions or if you want to go it alone is also a great add. Everyone in the gym, PT’s and clients are a great bunch.

Fantastic experience: About a year ago I asked @Jack Wilson to help me get back to training and a healthy lifestyle after missing 2 years of going to gym. He not only did a great job as a PT, he fixed so many issues of my mobility and posture. Now a year later I have lost all the extra weight I wanted to lose and I have many new personal records in deadlift and squat which were the original goals. Fantastic experience: I recently started training with Sam. I have multiple stage-of-life, mobility concerns requiring a specialist approach and cannot think of anyone better suited to help me on my road to recovery than Sam. She's patient and encouraging and really understands my needs. She's also the most fun and just the loveliest person! I've seen a marked improvement in a very short space of time and am excited to see where my fitness will get to under her guidance. The whole team and set up at Performance Elite is so impressive, from the incredibly well-equipped gym to the beautiful surroundings of Old Reigatian Rugby Club which make turning up to exercise that much easier!!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Jack for about 3 months now, once a week, and we have been working on my knee allignment and also my physical ability in general which is suited to the sport I do. I have seen great improvements since I have started, Jack is friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere in the gym is amazing. Would highly recommend!

From rehab to personal load management, Tom has made sure that I am fit and peaking at the right times during my club and international seasons. Not only is the environment fun and relaxed but also professional and focussed on individual development.

Fantastic experience: I'm not a big "rate and review" kinda guy but stumbled upon this place and loved it . The guys on site were really helpful and with the music playing and a real varied group of people in there I felt really comfortable even though I had no idea what I was doing !!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Jack for a while now. He uses a combination of cardio, HIIT and weights to make enjoyable but punishing sessions. He is motivational and encouraging and knows when to push me but always concerned about health and well being. The gym has a good assortment of equipment and the staff are all friendly and approachable. I've not been to the classes but understand that they are well supported. I wouldn't train anywhere else.
