Fantastic experience: The S.M.G class at 9am on a Saturday morning is perfect for women looking to train and get into shape in a non-intimidating environment. Mano puts together a different training program each week that caters for all abilities. No better way to start the weekend.

Fantastic experience: I've always felt so intimidated at most corporate gyms, however the moment I walked in to Elite, I felt relaxed and comfortable. They really know their stuff and they are all there to help. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, there is always someone on hand to offer advice and they offer a wide range of knowledge from all different aspects. I love this gym and if your looking for somewhere new to try, then this is the place. Bears bootcamp is amazing and I've even started boxing, I never even knew I like boxing.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Elite for about 18 months now, I firstly started going to join in with the Boxing Bootcamp’s, which are SUPERB with Steve ‘The Bear’ Kinnersley. It didn’t take long because of the awesome atmosphere, for me to become a member of the gym. They’ve also recently helped a friend of mine by donating the use of one of their bikes for her charity cycle challenge to New York and bike. Fabulous team up there....really make you feel like part of the family!

A clean comfortable environment to be in with all the equipment and variation to keep training varied and interesting. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Elite for several years and have loved every minute. The staff are attentive and very professional and there is a good mix of men and women who attend. There is plenty of equipment whether you enjoy lifting weights, cardio, strength and conditioning or boxing. Bears boot camp is also a must for anyone looking increase their fitness levels and tone up. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym. Its tucked away and almost a little undiscovered. The staff are super friendly and I always have a laugh when I head in there. Good gym membership prices and they aren't oversubscribed like most gyms I've been at so you're always guaranteed that bit of equipment you want to use!

Fantastic experience: I Have been taking my 2 young sons, to Bears bootcamp and Pt’s with Steve Kinnersley for a few months now, he is very knowledgeable and great with the kids. The gym always seems clean tidy and well run, and I have always found all the staff at elite to be nothing more than helpful and friendly.
