Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Fudgey's gym better than any others I have been to.Other gyms I have joined in the past, just gave me a quick induction and then I have just been left to get on with it and muddle through so always ended up just going on a cross trainer and treadmill and of course always got monotonous so ended up finishing the gym and failing and giving up. With Fudgey's it has been completely different, from the minute I entered Fudgey's gym had a really warm welcome from Gareth who was interested in what I wanted to achieve from coming to the gym .. he gave me advice on how best to achieve my goals, What classes might suit my needs best then gave me a tour of the gym and induction on all the equipment and techniques to use on each. The 1-2-1 session was really good, other inductions I had in other gyms in the past were quick and definately not as good or as informative . Since joining Fudgey's gym and going to classes Gareth has been there to give advice supporting and encouraging me and helping where needed when doing an activity Ive not done before. Everyone I've met at the gym has been so welcoming and supportive it has a real family feel. I can honestly say I can see myself succeeding at my goals and feel totally motivated which I've not felt before and I'm doing exercises I'd never thought I could do or would do.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for 3 years and it’s the only gym I have stuck too. The classes are so good, with an amazing coach and the members are all supportive. There is nothing more daunting than starting a new gym if you don’t know anybody, but after 5 minutes here you will feel like you’ve been a member for ages.

Fantastic experience: Excellent independent gym. Super welcoming with great facilities and run by a professional personal trainer who listens to your personal requirements and provides excellent advice and support. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have now been going to This gym for a little while now , I have now started the classes and have gained so much more confidence within myself and my health from fudges help and keeping me motivated!!! and I have made such a good connection with all the other who attend as-well lovely group of people to be with !!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Free class, free sauna. Everyone is friendly and encourage each other. Owner is always there to help. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic experience: Lovely gem buried deep in the Garw Valley. Excellent equipment and the most enthusiastic owner/coach you could ask. Can finish your session with a sauna too.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, great equipment for both weight lifters, crossfit and general keep fit, owner is a legend. Facilities are spotless, showers, toilets, sauna. Proper gym and not full of posers

Fantastic experience: This gym is brilliant. It’s a combination of a conventional gym (studio space, cardio equipment, cable machine, large dumbbell rack, sauna) and a CrossFit box with loads of bumper plates and lots quality Olympic lifting bars, including women’s and lightweight technique bars. I was only in the area for two weeks for work, but was made to feel part of the gyms community right away. The staff here act like a full time coach and are actually invested in you achieving your goals without being at all pushy. A gym like this in London would be well over £100 per month so £40 per month is a steal!
