Fantastic experience: Attended bungee fitness twice now and both times have been so much fun. Jude and Emily are both really accommodating - great classes and good memories!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with a safe, fun and friendly atmosphere throughout. There are classes for everyone and everything and the gym is also 24hrs. this is also the only gym in the Teesside area to offer bungee fit workouts. Jude is very dedicated to help , support and include all her members and will ensure you have a smile on your face. I do pt with Jude and she’s helped me gain a lot of confidence, self love and works me hard. Our sessions are always enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym that has a real community feel. Very family friendly. Great range of classes that are fun whilst keeping fit! Judith goes above and beyond to help everyone. It’s the polar opposite to the faceless gyms. I go on mainly my own and there’s always a lovely welcome and friendly faces. There’s some fun social events arranged throughout the year too!

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym, with an owner who genuinely cares about the clients that come to use the facilities. There are a wide variety of classes on offer alongside use of the gym facility in general with all classes are inclusive of all abilities and Judith goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone. There is a real feeling of community at the gym with everyone made to feel welcome.

Fantastic experience: the best gym i have been to everyone is warm and friendly. i was nervous going the 1st time but i needn't have Jude made me feel comfortable. she also checks on you if you are missing in action. we aren't just a number we are a family :-)
