Fantastic experience: Whatever your exercise goals are, Evolve Fitness is the place you go to achieve them. Owner and proprietor Chris Jones is about the most knowledgeable person you could wish to meet when it comes to all things fitness related. A successful competing bodybuilder himself, he can put you on the right track to getting the results you want. The gym itself is large enough to accommodate all the apparatus one needs, from free-weights and machines to cardio equipment. This is not your usual soulless, corporate gym and therefore doesn’t suffer from the same lack of respect that members typically treat those places with. Weights are put away, bars and machines are unloaded when they’re finished with and dumbbells are put back where they came from. Toilet and changing facilities are also clean and well maintained. You can also purchase all manner of supplements needed for pre and post workout, as well as nutritionally balanced meals, at very reasonable prices. Gyms like this are a dying breed and deserve our support. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Went there for a few days while visiting Essex. The gym is very spacious and complete, it has every machine you need and free weights for any workout. The owner is super friendly, knows his stuff and keeps the gym spotless. 100% recommended.
