Fantastic experience: I love this gym, unlike the regular workout the team here help keep you focussed and give good technique advice. I highly recommend doing one of their 6 week transformations .
Fantastic experience: Just got home after an early morning beasting by Grant on a 1-2-1 PT session. feel broken but in a good way, it has been 2 years since I was pushed that hard but Grant was always in control , it was safe and measured taking into consideration my lack of physical fitness and injuries. GymIT is a safe , clean place to train and I am glad I have signed up for weekly PT sessions.
Fantastic experience: Great facilities and wonderful trainers, highly recommend.
