Fantastic experience: Rob’s been great. First thing to say about him is that he’s a nice guy. His patience and professional enthusiasm, positivity is right on point. He keeps to limits and then applies a little push. He judges the situation well. A friend and I have been training with Rob a little short of 2 months and it’s certainly helped. Feeling more energetic and flexible. Happy to help with dietary advice and his set up is ideal for personal training. He’s been great at demonstrating what is required. Also happy to chat while training. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed. Give Rob a try
Fantastic experience: 5 months ago I was trawling through Rob’s google reviews in the hope I’d find another excuse not to start my long overdue fitness journey. I didn’t find it. Eventually I bit the bullet and enrolled on his 30 day trial. Over the last 4 months Rob has revolutionised how I feel about myself and supported me every step of the way. His studio is great, his attention to detail on you as an individual is unparalleled. I know he genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals. Because of Rob, going to the gym is now my highlight of the week… which is frankly wild when you think about it. If you’re reading this and thinking about using Rob as your coach, do yourself a favour and go sign up. You won’t regret it.
Fantastic experience: Rob has deep knowledge and constructed a programmes that is well tailored to my requirements. He is highly motivational in his approach and his sessions are always a pleasure. Fantastic experience: Rob trains my 16 year old son, he’s really good at teaching him techniques and showing him different exercises to help him get fit and build strength in a safe way. My son really enjoys the sessions with Rob and can see the progress he’s making each week.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Rob 3x a week for the past 12 months. Sessions are challenging, yet rewarding, and always fun with Rob’s personable approach to training. He’s clearly dedicated to his craft and it shows in his knowledge and application. I’m consistently being pushed, and thanks to Rob’s training programme I am now in the best shape of my life, with gains in muscle growth and fat loss. Sessions are personalised to my goals, there’s no ‘gym crowd’ and I don’t even need to think what exercise programmes I should be doing; I simply rock up and complete the exercises. Rob was also very accommodating when I required surgery with a 4-week recovery period. 100% would recommend.
Fantastic experience: Known Rob for a while and he is great! Always happy to help and change programmes according to your goals. Always friendly and approachable so you feel you can have honest chats with him without judgement. Robs Gym is a bonus too. Being able to workout in a gym that just has you in it is great for people who’re starting new!
Fantastic experience: Rob was very professional and knowledgeable when I went to see him with an issue regarding pain when running. He was able to get me through my first half marathon and then supported me with recovery exercises afterwards. Highly recommend!!!
Fantastic experience: Rob is a great personal trainer and advisor. He is thorough, knowledgeable, motivated, relaxed and friendly. If you have specific requirements he will provide expert opinion and suggest a plan of action to achieve those goals.
Fantastic experience: Rob is a fantastic sports physio and sorted my neck out in a matter of weeks. He puts you at ease and explains everything he's doing and why which really helps you understand your recovery. The cycling and running chat is also a bonus.

Fantastic experience: I started Robs hit classes after having a baby. Rob eased me into the sessions ensuring I was ok to push myself but also give me the nudge needed to keep going. The classes are small making them personal and fun, they are always different giving you lots of variety. My fitness wouldn’t be anywhere near where it is today if it wasn’t for Robs help.

Fantastic experience: It is nearly a year since I started HIIT with Rob. Great half hour session, never the same - keeps you on your toes. Also Rob gives good advice if you have a pull or niggle somewhere. Looking forward to the next 12 months!
Fantastic experience: I'd recommend Rob to anyone for both HIIT & PT sessions. Both are engaging, specific to your changing needs & fun. Rob makes you feel at ease and is always on hand with useful tips / hints with niggles, etc.
Fantastic experience: Rob Ingram is great! The classes are all varied and will really push you to do your best. Each class helps me to strengthen my endurance to allow me to do more difficult routines.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Rob over 2 years and couldn't recommend him enough. Rob is a great personal trainer, he makes excercise fun, sessions are personialised to each indivudual, builds your confidence and keeps you motivated. HIIT classes are really diverse, interesting and I've made some lovely friends.
Fantastic experience: My journey with Rob has just begun, I’m only in a few weeks and I have to say it’s been an amazing start. Rob has been brilliant in working with my specific needs he listened during the consultation period and I feel that he understands what is necessary to help me meet my goals. What I like is the fact that he knows his stuff, during sessions we discuss movement, pain, aches, Yoga and Pilates moves, nutrition and lots more. Just after a few weeks my range of movement in my upper body is really noticeable. He is always at hand when needed, responds to messages quickly and is really good in making you feel motivated.
Fantastic experience: After the lockdowns I found I needed a push to get me moving again and motivated since I was feeling very sluggish and Rob was the perfect antidote. He is very knowledgeable and motivating, always polite and happy to talk about any subject. He helped me at the beginning looking at my diet which meant taking photos of very meal and discussing them. I’ve now been doing PT with Rob for just over a year and a half and still enjoying it !
Fantastic experience: Rob is an excellent trainer who is motivating and helpful. He has the latest equipment and works with you on a personal level to explain how each exercise or piece of equipment works/helps and what areas best to improve. I found Rob approachable and his technique and program was fantastic! I highly recommend anyone who wants to improve their fitness levels and lose weight. 5*****
Fantastic experience: Great PT sessions. Never been a fan of the gym but Robs got me enjoying it and looking forward to sessions. Always pushes me and I can see big diffferences in my fitness levels from when I started training a few months ago

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Rob for nearly four months now and am really feeling the benefits. I have never been a lover of exercise but Rob has changed all that and I train five times a week with him. Rob is adaptable, motivating, knowledgable and very good at what he does. I am a few months away from being 60 and have arthritis in one of my hands but Rob has adapted my training sessions to accommodate that when the pain gets really bad. Exercise is now a habit for me and as long as I am able I will keep training and would highly recommend Rob to people of all ages and abilities; a really nice person as well.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I have started to actually see a change in my body from working out, Rob is great at tailoring the workouts to the individual, and he has the perfect balance of being tough but fair, so it really gives you the confidence to do something you thought you wouldn't be able to do. He is always accommodating and goes out of his way to fit around the client, plus he is a really nice guy. Everyday is different and our group sessions really feel like a family affair, who knew the gym could be fun?!
