I love the simplicity of focus on group fitness and building individuals within the community. Will be happily fitter in my 50s than 30s or 40s decades due to the quality of support and training at Ludus. Keep doing a great job Tom, Matt, Em and Cory!

Fantastic experience: This gym is in a completely different league to your regular gyms! Great coaches that are supportive of your goals, no matter how big or small, with a friendly, encouraging atmosphere from all the members. I was sceptical when joining 2 years ago, as I never stick to gym memberships longer than a few months, but this gym has definitely made me fitter, stronger and a much more confident person. If you're considering joining, I'd highly recommend giving it a chance!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic coaching team. Tom the head coach is incredibly inspiring, especially with what he has accomplished in his own fitness goals, including setting a world record for climbing Snowdon with 100kg, and raising money for mental health charities. The location is easy to get to, only a couple of minutes from the main high street. They have all the equipment you need, and the upgraded outdoor area is awesome and will be especially great in Summer! Love the friendly atmosphere, balanced approach to training, and supportive environment. Highly recommend to anyone sick of home workouts by themselves!
