Fantastic experience: Joining Core 300 was the best thing I have ever done! Amazing group sessions in a supportive, inclusive environment. The coaches are outstanding, great variety of group sessions tailored to all ages and abilities. I feel so much better both physically and mentally and have made friends for life. Fantastic experience: Joined on their 6 week programme and have absolutely loved every second of it! Dee and all the PTs involved are incredible, their experience is phenomenal. They always make you feel involved and check-in on you in the sessions but also weekly to see how you're getting on. I can't put into words the attention to detail I've received, they genuinely care about my physical and mental wellbeing. The sessions are with people of various ages and strength and fitness levels which makes the sessions so enjoyable and motivating. Great work Dee and co!!

Fantastic experience: I joined Core 300 on their 6 week programme and found it to be a brilliant place to train. The people are lovely, the sessions are fantastic and the support you get along the way is a huge boost. If you're looking for a place which welcomes anyone regardless of ability, where you can have fun while you train and where the results will come then look no further! Dee and the team at Core 300 are excellent.

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally leave reviews however I felt I had to due to the amazing experience I’ve had from Dee and the other trainers. I attended on my own but received a very warm welcome from the group members which was fantastic. The knowledge of the trainers, the amazing atmosphere and most of all, the weight I lost in a 6x week period, far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend to everybody and anybody. You will NOT be disappointed. Thank you DEE for all your help and on going support, and always being there for me. Thank you to the other trainers and the team members. I will definitely be recommending you on. 10/10 well done.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have ever joined! All the coaches are amazing, the social side of going is just as great as the workout you get. I would recommend to anybody, I feel so much better since joining and never leave without sweating & laughing!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant PT sessions, coaches are superb and really engaging. By far, the best fitness club / gym I have joined or been to. They keep innovating and you’re not a hamster on a treadmill! Keep up the fantastic work Dee!!
